Great products and impressive people! I couldn't be happier with Pantry Paratus. They are a great company and offer great products but, the thing that really sets Pantry Paratus apart, is the management. My order had some delays shipping (due to the supplier) and Chaya was responsive, attentive, and altogether a great person to work with. Early on, it was very clear that she really cares about her customers. Though you never hope to run into problems, this is when you can best tell a company's merit. Pantry Paratus and their dedication to their customers is top notch; I couldn't recommend them any more highly.

Well I let another one get underneath … Well I let another one get underneath me. While searching for a chop rite grinder on the internet I avoided the retailers that said "out of stock". Pantry Paratus said "in stock" so I pulled the trigger and ordered it. Then here comes the email saying it is out of stock and will ship direct from manufacturer, in about 2 weeks. That was 11 days ago. We'll see what happens. One thing that did happen, my credit card was charged instantly. All this tells me they are likely one of the thousands of outfits that stock nothing, just run a slick website that looks like a retailer then ship direct from manufacturer. It worked though, they got their 1 and only sale out of me.

First class operation I was very impressed with my most recent transaction (and past ones). I always get clear answers about products when I have a question. I never feel dumb for asking because PP is so eager to help. And the products are top notch and make my efforts so much easier and so much more efficient.

Fantastic!! I'm first time customer. Ordered a case of Red Feather butter. A few of the cans appeared to had leaked in shipping from distributor,( not Pantry Paratus). Called Pantry Paratus and spoke to Chaya personally. Had replacement three days later.

Most companies I purchase from offer a better shipping policy. Most companies I purchase from offer free shipping if we spend $ 50.00. I enjoy my purchase from you but know you'd make more profit from me, more regularly, with a more generous shipping policy.
