USFantastic!! I'm first time customer. Ordered a case of Red Feather butter. A few of the cans appeared to had leaked in shipping from distributor,( not Pantry Paratus). Called Pantry Paratus and spoke to Chaya personally. Had replacement three days later.

USGreat company with great customer service. I ordered a knife for my grinder and either I ordered the wrong item or I was shipped the wrong item by mistake. Nevertheless I made one phone call to customer service explaining my situation and two days later I received the right item through express mail. I can say that it is easy to find items on the Web site. The presentations are accurate and appealing. The sale prices are quite good, as well as free shipping. Also, communication about a back order was immediate, and they gave me the choice of canceling. Also, my items were delivered within a couple of days, and we're in perfect condition.
