I received what I ordered, fast I love having soft butter... ready, not waiting till it finally gets soft. I ordered 5 full size Butter Keepers for me and a few for gifts. I also ordered heat diffusers to use on the stove for glass or ceramic - Bed Bath & Beyond didn't have them & couldn't find them on their internet!

Well I let another one get underneath … Well I let another one get underneath me. While searching for a chop rite grinder on the internet I avoided the retailers that said "out of stock". Pantry Paratus said "in stock" so I pulled the trigger and ordered it. Then here comes the email saying it is out of stock and will ship direct from manufacturer, in about 2 weeks. That was 11 days ago. We'll see what happens. One thing that did happen, my credit card was charged instantly. All this tells me they are likely one of the thousands of outfits that stock nothing, just run a slick website that looks like a retailer then ship direct from manufacturer. It worked though, they got their 1 and only sale out of me.

Customer Service at its best! It's one thing to say the customer is important, it's entirely different to treat each customer concern as if it's the most important issue in your business. Pantry Paratus not only carries unusual items but is there when you have questions about how to use them! Thanks Pantry Paratus!!

Great Customer Service. My first purchase with Pantry Paratus did not go as planned because some product was damaged in shipping. However, Chaya took care of me and resolved the issue. No body is perfect. No company is perfect. But, what we want is a company that will stand by their customers. I WILL absolutely buy from Pantry Paratus again. Great company.

Pantry paratus I love this business on so many levels! First, they offer products that you can't find in the box stores and the quality of merchandise is exceptional. Second, in this day where "customer service" means pushing buttons on the phone or speaking to someone half a world away, P.P. has stayed true to caring about the customer. It's like talking to a friend. Finally, there are the blogs. Both informative and entertaining, the blogs have become some of my favorite reading. If they were put into a book, it would be a best seller. Pantry Paratus, you'll always be part of my family!
