Most companies I purchase from offer a better shipping policy. Most companies I purchase from offer free shipping if we spend $ 50.00. I enjoy my purchase from you but know you'd make more profit from me, more regularly, with a more generous shipping policy.

Disapointed Still waiting for my order which is going on three weeks. Called the number for Pantry Paratus "talk to a real person", should state talk to a real person on the answering machine. Left a message and no one ever contacted me, this has been over a week ago. Received an email stating that my order was being shipped directly from the factory, so I guess this means don't bother us, not our problem.

Great company with great customer service. I ordered a knife for my grinder and either I ordered the wrong item or I was shipped the wrong item by mistake. Nevertheless I made one phone call to customer service explaining my situation and two days later I received the right item through express mail. They were great at understanding and were very pleased to help me. I am now one happy customer. I will be doing business again with Pantry Paratus.

Exceptional American business I appreciate that they gave my Chop-rite meat grinder order a fast push so I could get my venison ground. I found this company after a frantic search when my Cabela's Chinese grinder suddenly wore out after only three deer. Obviously the Cabela's was cheaper but I didn't know any better at the time. Now I have an American product that will last more than a lifetime. Thank you.
