Great customer service. I ordered products and had a problem with delivery because USPS messed up delivery status. I called Oktoberfest Haus and they immediately fixed the problem by shipping and overnighting the products I ordered again which cost them money. They put customer service over profit, they truly care about the customer. Great customer service great pricing great company.

Good Company Things arrived sooner than expected. Things were better quality than expected. My order was not complete, called the company-spoke to a live person that was very nice and very efficient, my problem was corrected by the next day.. yep, the items were on my front porch the next day. Was a very good shopping experience, I would recommend.

Finally, costumes that fit and are comfortable!! After many years of trying various Oktoberfest costumes we finally found costumes that fit and are comfortable. Not perfect though as seams on the waistband of my boyfriends outfit were unraveling when he tried it on and my dress had a loop come apart but both are easy fixes. Happy German girl.

You can trust Oktoberfest I happened upon an Oktoberfest celebration in downtown Chicago and saw some very cute hats that I wanted to buy for our church Oktoberfest. It was easy to locate this company and they had the products I was looking for at an affordable price. Ordering was easy and the items were shipped right away.

Poor Customer service I ordered a costume from Oktoberfest Haus and when the order failed to arrive as stated on the tracking document I tried to call them. Unfortunately they don't care about their customers as they refuse to talk directly with you. They force you to have a computer chat. I wasted over 1/2 hour trying to get my delivery problem resolved and the chat person stopped communicating leaving me wait for over 15 minutes without a response. I work hard for my money and when an order does not arrive on time I expect a company to help resolve the issue. They simply don't care about their customers. My advice is WATCH OUT. Deal with a company at offers service after they take your money......
