GBPleasant and Easy Transaction I located a few ornaments that I had seen elsewhere at a higher price and purchased them from Oktoberfest Haus. The shipping was not quick but I was not expecting it to be so, for me, that was not an issue. I did use their very helpful online chat to get an estimate on the delivery date and it turned out to e the next day.;) I plan on making further purchases and have no reservations in recommending them to anyone.

GBNice webstore, but improvement is possible. I find your website to be easily navigated and divided into relevant categories. Sales are good and products show a good but not always comprehensive variety. Customer service may not immediately know the answers but does obtain them. I was surprised to find no way to receive notice when a certain item will return to stock! Overall quality of products is good, however a recent shipment of wooden ornaments were missing a few small pieces; so still room for improvement.

GBGreat shopping experience! Was in a pinch and needed an Oktoberfest costume in a hurry. The website was very detailed, the size charts very very accurate (unlike some other big name comapanies I've previously used). Ordering online was very easy, and they made sure to keep me posted on expected delivery time via e-mail. The costume exceeded my expectations. It was very well put together, and quite a bargain! Great company/experience, and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

GBPoor Customer service I ordered a costume from Oktoberfest Haus and when the order failed to arrive as stated on the tracking document I tried to call them. Unfortunately they don't care about their customers as they refuse to talk directly with you. They force you to have a computer chat. I wasted over 1/2 hour trying to get my delivery problem resolved and the chat person stopped communicating leaving me wait for over 15 minutes without a response. I work hard for my money and when an order does not arrive on time I expect a company to help resolve the issue. They simply don't care about their customers. My advice is WATCH OUT. Deal with a company at offers service after they take your money......
