GBGreat customer service. I ordered products and had a problem with delivery because USPS messed up delivery status. I called Oktoberfest Haus and they immediately fixed the problem by shipping and overnighting the products I ordered again which cost them money. They put customer service over profit, they truly care about the customer. Great customer service great pricing great company.

GBCute, decent outfit! SUPER fast service, I think my order arrived 2-3 days after I placed my order! Outfit was just as described, sizing chart was helpful. If it could have arrived wrinkle free, it would have been absolutely perfect. I'll definitely look here if I ever need something else that they carry!

GBPoor Customer service I ordered a costume from Oktoberfest Haus and when the order failed to arrive as stated on the tracking document I tried to call them. Unfortunately they don't care about their customers as they refuse to talk directly with you. They force you to have a computer chat. I wasted over 1/2 hour trying to get my delivery problem resolved and the chat person stopped communicating leaving me wait for over 15 minutes without a response. I work hard for my money and when an order does not arrive on time I expect a company to help resolve the issue. They simply don't care about their customers. My advice is WATCH OUT. Deal with a company at offers service after they take your money......

GBYou can trust Oktoberfest I happened upon an Oktoberfest celebration in downtown Chicago and saw some very cute hats that I wanted to buy for our church Oktoberfest. It was easy to locate this company and they had the products I was looking for at an affordable price. Ordering was easy and the items were shipped right away.
