It was easy to locate this company and they had the products I was looking for at an affordable price. Ordering was easy and the items were shipped right away.

Great shopping experience! Was in a pinch and needed an Oktoberfest costume in a hurry. The website was very detailed, the size charts very very accurate (unlike some other big name comapanies I've previously used). Ordering online was very easy, and they made sure to keep me posted on expected delivery time via e-mail. The costume exceeded my expectations. It was very well put together, and quite a bargain! Great company/experience, and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Cute, decent outfit! SUPER fast service, I think my order arrived 2-3 days after I placed my order! Outfit was just as described, sizing chart was helpful. If it could have arrived wrinkle free, it would have been absolutely perfect. I'll definitely look here if I ever need something else that they carry!

9th day of waiting ... It's 2015 - I honestly feel that if I pay $7.99 for "standard" shipping, items could be mailed priority for $5.85 and get to the customer in 3 days! I'm on the 9th day and still not here. Party is tomorrow and now I have no costume! I buy online from Amazon AT LEAST twice a week and I've never had a problem so I felt pretty confident that my Oktoberfest costume from this company would have plenty of time to arrive. I will never ever ever order from this company again - unless you spend $$$$$ on overnight, or you have months to wait, I advise against using their services.

All is well that ends well. It was an exciting journey. I initially was sent the wrong Bavarian check flags. Then when the correct replacement was sent, I received a single flag rather than the eight I. Had ordered. I finally received exemplary service in getting the missing seven flags delivered to me before our scheduled Oktoberfest event. It was far from a perfect buying experience but I would order from you again.
