WHERE IS MY ORDER??? I placed an order 11 days ago. Their website said 5-7 days for shipping. I have not rec'd my item nor have I rec'd an email saying it's even been shipped. I have called their 1-877 number 43 times at all times of the day, no answer. I have left numerous messages, no return call. I have left numerous emails, no reply. They have $100+ of my money and I have NOTHING. BAD BAD BAD customer service.

Great shopping experience! Was in a pinch and needed an Oktoberfest costume in a hurry. The website was very detailed, the size charts very very accurate (unlike some other big name comapanies I've previously used). Ordering online was very easy, and they made sure to keep me posted on expected delivery time via e-mail. The costume exceeded my expectations. It was very well put together, and quite a bargain! Great company/experience, and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

great service and product I had to get a costume within the week and had to trust the estimated date of delivery. It came exactly on the estimated date. The Gretchen costume was surprisingly of good quality. I checked the sizing chart first and ordered one size larger than expected based on the chart. It was a perfect fit. Be sure to check your actual measurements, not the size you think you are (or want to be). Overall very satisfied with the order process and the product. I'll check this store out for my husband's costume next!

Finally, costumes that fit and are comfortable!! After many years of trying various Oktoberfest costumes we finally found costumes that fit and are comfortable. Not perfect though as seams on the waistband of my boyfriends outfit were unraveling when he tried it on and my dress had a loop come apart but both are easy fixes. Happy German girl.
