GBWHERE IS MY ORDER??? I placed an order 11 days ago. Their website said 5-7 days for shipping. I have not rec'd my item nor have I rec'd an email saying it's even been shipped. I have called their 1-877 number 43 times at all times of the day, no answer. I have left numerous messages, no return call. I have left numerous emails, no reply. They have $100+ of my money and I have NOTHING. BAD BAD BAD customer service.

GBNice selection at good price; quick delivery We were hosting an early Oktoberfest party and needed some Oktoberfest supplies quickly. I found Oktoberfesthaus by Google and was pleasantly surprised to find most of what I wanted in their inventory, and at better prices than I was able to find on ebay. I paid extra for quick delivery and got the supplies the day before the party just as explained. I was very happy with the purchase process.

GBFinally, costumes that fit and are comfortable!! After many years of trying various Oktoberfest costumes we finally found costumes that fit and are comfortable. Not perfect though as seams on the waistband of my boyfriends outfit were unraveling when he tried it on and my dress had a loop come apart but both are easy fixes. Happy German girl.

GBgreat service and product I had to get a costume within the week and had to trust the estimated date of delivery. It came exactly on the estimated date. The Gretchen costume was surprisingly of good quality. I checked the sizing chart first and ordered one size larger than expected based on the chart. It was a perfect fit. Be sure to check your actual measurements, not the size you think you are (or want to be). Overall very satisfied with the order process and the product. I'll check this store out for my husband's costume next!

CAClick, quick, and slick! Easy to find what I want, from final order submitted to arrival. All was completed quickly and arrived packaged well. Only misleading thing is "free shipping for orders bigger than $xx dollars" but it only applies to US orders, need to read in the small print on shipping rules to identify does not apply to Canadian orders. That's the reason for the one star loss, great customer service means 100% transparency which I don't feel was clear on this point.
