My order was not complete, called the company-spoke to a live person that was very nice and very efficient, my problem was corrected by the next day.. yep, the items were on my front porch the next day. Was a very good shopping experience, I would recommend.

Nice selection at good price; quick delivery We were hosting an early Oktoberfest party and needed some Oktoberfest supplies quickly. I found Oktoberfesthaus by Google and was pleasantly surprised to find most of what I wanted in their inventory, and at better prices than I was able to find on ebay. I paid extra for quick delivery and got the supplies the day before the party just as explained. I was very happy with the purchase process.
