Awesome! Cook'sDirect prices were the best along with their fast reasonably priced shipping. There was a mistake with my order (maybe because of busy holiday season?) and they sent me an incorrect item but were quick to respond and send out my correct item immediately. They sent me a prepaid return label for me to send back the incorrect item as well. I highly recommend shopping here and will definitely shop here again!

Extremely Satisfied The entire ordering, purchasing and shipment process was great. Easy, fast and very responsive. The price I paid for a KitchenAid Commercial 8 Qt. stand mixer was fantastic. Saved me more then $500 off the list price and several hundred more then any other internet price I could find. I will do business again with Cook's Direct based on my experience this purchase.

Good service - Problem with merchandise The purchase & shipping were fine. The product, a Matfer black steel frying pan, warped on the bottom after one use on my glass flat top range, rendering it useless. I followed all instructions for seasoning & cooking. I have written to Cooks Direct, just yesterday & haven't heard from them yet. If this resolved, I will rate them as 5 stars.

Clean great but suck otherwise While these pots are the easiest I've ever cleaned, the nonstick coating on the big pot started coming off around month three. They scratch and burn easily. The bottom got a burn mark on first use. I had it on medium heat; that has never happened before with my other pots.
