Great frying pan The box it was packed in could have used some additional packing material as my handle was poking out when it arrived. My second complaint is that no direction was included for the best way to season my pan. I had to research on the internet on how to proceed and the need to remove the protective coating that is applied to the pan for shipping. This would have been extremely helpful and would have saved considerable time. That being said it is a fantastic pan and I feel I will be very satisfied with my purchase.

There was a mistake with my order (maybe because of busy holiday season?) and they sent me an incorrect item but were quick to respond and send out my correct item immediately. working cook You can't beat the price they come in handy if you have half size or quarter size sheet pan haven't tried the large size these are for home use and I could never fit the large sheet pans in my oven. they fit nicely and securely although you probably shouldn't lift them just by holding the cover hold the entire pan. purchase them with the racks it's a nice combination with the sheet pans.all kinds of uses
