working cook You can't beat the price they come in handy if you have half size or quarter size sheet pan haven't tried the large size these are for home use and I could never fit the large sheet pans in my oven. they fit nicely and securely although you probably shouldn't lift them just by holding the cover hold the entire pan. purchase them with the racks it's a nice combination with the sheet pans.all kinds of uses

Good service - Problem with merchandise The purchase & shipping were fine. The product, a Matfer black steel frying pan, warped on the bottom after one use on my glass flat top range, rendering it useless. I followed all instructions for seasoning & cooking. I have written to Cooks Direct, just yesterday & haven't heard from them yet. If this resolved, I will rate them as 5 stars.

Shipping date unclear My order information didn't mention when it would be shipped so it wasn't clear when it would arrive from the manufacturer. I called Cook's Direct and they were able to tell me the date it was expected to ship from the manufacturer. Turns out the order arrived 1 week from the date I placed the order. It would be better for the ship date/estimated receipt to be clear on the order form. Otherwise, I am happy with my order and would order again.

Baking Sheets/Recommend the company, but not that product I ordered Vollrath Wear-Ever 5314 Heavy Duty half size 13 gauge aluminum bun/sheet pan - 17-3/4 x 12-7/8 twice. I had to send them back both times because they were either scratched, dented, or the wrong product. The company was very kind to refund my money, but I still do not have a quality pan. I am so surprised Cook's Illustrated recommended them, unless the company has changed hands.
