Extremely Satisfied The entire ordering, purchasing and shipment process was great. Easy, fast and very responsive. The price I paid for a KitchenAid Commercial 8 Qt. stand mixer was fantastic. Saved me more then $500 off the list price and several hundred more then any other internet price I could find. I will do business again with Cook's Direct based on my experience this purchase.

Rude customer service. I've ordered 2 items through cooksdirect.com & both items were delivered broken. Whilst dealing with customer service I thought I was going to have to run errands & buy extra packaging. I informed customer service that this wad inconvenient for me. Customer service replied "I mean, your just being asked to return broken product." I am unhappy with this response & I find it rude.

Never use this company. There are so many great restaurant/ cooking equipment restaurants out there that have great policies and prices, unfortunately this is not one. Very poor product descriptions that are misleading, very poor customer service to top that off. Not going into a lot of detail, just would advise others to shop around and avoid this company cooks direct at all costs.

Good communication Price was better than anywhere else. Had a few product issues that needed additional information and customer service was prompt with responding to emails. Updated shipping charges were resolved very quickly. Item shipped in half the time quoted. Will order from Cook's Direct again.

Very happy customer!!! These skillets are everything I hoped they would be. Excellent quality. Delivery was super fast. Even though one skillet was back ordered, it still arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Thank you!
