GBShipping date unclear My order information didn't mention when it would be shipped so it wasn't clear when it would arrive from the manufacturer. I called Cook's Direct and they were able to tell me the date it was expected to ship from the manufacturer. Turns out the order arrived 1 week from the date I placed the order. It would be better for the ship date/estimated receipt to be clear on the order form. Otherwise, I am happy with my order and would order again.

GBworking cook You can't beat the price they come in handy if you have half size or quarter size sheet pan haven't tried the large size these are for home use and I could never fit the large sheet pans in my oven. they fit nicely and securely although you probably shouldn't lift them just by holding the cover hold the entire pan. purchase them with the racks it's a nice combination with the sheet pans.all kinds of uses

GBClean great but suck otherwise While these pots are the easiest I've ever cleaned, the nonstick coating on the big pot started coming off around month three. They scratch and burn easily. The bottom got a burn mark on first use. I had it on medium heat; that has never happened before with my other pots.

GBBest price on internet Best price on internet for carbon steel pan I bought. Arrived in a few days in perfect condition. Very happy. What could be better than that!? Will certainly purchase from Cooks Direct again.

GBGreat shopping experience Purchased a steam oven and loved it so much I bought another. 2nd one however I was sent an open box item. I contacted their CS department which was very helpful in remedying the situation. A new item was shipped to me and a return label provided. Happy customer.
