Baking Sheets/Recommend the company, but not that product I ordered Vollrath Wear-Ever 5314 Heavy Duty half size 13 gauge aluminum bun/sheet pan - 17-3/4 x 12-7/8 twice. I had to send them back both times because they were either scratched, dented, or the wrong product. The company was very kind to refund my money, but I still do not have a quality pan. I am so surprised Cook's Illustrated recommended them, unless the company has changed hands.

After seasoning them with potato peels, salt, and oil just once they developed a true patina. As Cooks Illustrated said, fried eggs slid around like the puck in an air hockey game. Excellent pan. The good folks at Cook's Direct got these wonder pans to me within 3 days of the order and at the best price on the Internet. I will definitely buy more, soon.
