GBGreat shopping experience Purchased a steam oven and loved it so much I bought another. 2nd one however I was sent an open box item. I contacted their CS department which was very helpful in remedying the situation. A new item was shipped to me and a return label provided. Happy customer.

GBClean great but suck otherwise While these pots are the easiest I've ever cleaned, the nonstick coating on the big pot started coming off around month three. They scratch and burn easily. The bottom got a burn mark on first use. I had it on medium heat; that has never happened before with my other pots.

GBRude customer service. I've ordered 2 items through cooksdirect.com & both items were delivered broken. Whilst dealing with customer service I thought I was going to have to run errands & buy extra packaging. I informed customer service that this wad inconvenient for me. Customer service replied "I mean, your just being asked to return broken product." I am unhappy with this response & I find it rude.
