GBGreat frying pan The box it was packed in could have used some additional packing material as my handle was poking out when it arrived. My second complaint is that no direction was included for the best way to season my pan. I had to research on the internet on how to proceed and the need to remove the protective coating that is applied to the pan for shipping. This would have been extremely helpful and would have saved considerable time. That being said it is a fantastic pan and I feel I will be very satisfied with my purchase.

GBGreat shopping experience Purchased a steam oven and loved it so much I bought another. 2nd one however I was sent an open box item. I contacted their CS department which was very helpful in remedying the situation. A new item was shipped to me and a return label provided. Happy customer.

GBBaking Sheets/Recommend the company, but not that product I ordered Vollrath Wear-Ever 5314 Heavy Duty half size 13 gauge aluminum bun/sheet pan - 17-3/4 x 12-7/8 twice. I had to send them back both times because they were either scratched, dented, or the wrong product. The company was very kind to refund my money, but I still do not have a quality pan. I am so surprised Cook's Illustrated recommended them, unless the company has changed hands.
