Rude customer service. I've ordered 2 items through cooksdirect.com & both items were delivered broken. Whilst dealing with customer service I thought I was going to have to run errands & buy extra packaging. I informed customer service that this wad inconvenient for me. Customer service replied "I mean, your just being asked to return broken product." I am unhappy with this response & I find it rude.

Never use this company. There are so many great restaurant/ cooking equipment restaurants out there that have great policies and prices, unfortunately this is not one. Very poor product descriptions that are misleading, very poor customer service to top that off. Not going into a lot of detail, just would advise others to shop around and avoid this company cooks direct at all costs.

carbon steel pans Ordered 3 carbon steel pans. They shipped quickly. One was on back order but it arrived shortly after first shipment. The order shipped from Cooks Direct did not have any packing materials in the box but the contents arrived was fine. The labeling on the outside of the box did have it marked fragile. I found the best pricing at Cook's Direct. Will order from them again.

Good service - Problem with merchandise The purchase & shipping were fine. The product, a Matfer black steel frying pan, warped on the bottom after one use on my glass flat top range, rendering it useless. I followed all instructions for seasoning & cooking. I have written to Cooks Direct, just yesterday & haven't heard from them yet. If this resolved, I will rate them as 5 stars.

Awesome! Cook'sDirect prices were the best along with their fast reasonably priced shipping. There was a mistake with my order (maybe because of busy holiday season?) and they sent me an incorrect item but were quick to respond and send out my correct item immediately. They sent me a prepaid return label for me to send back the incorrect item as well. I highly recommend shopping here and will definitely shop here again!
