GBGood Quality Product Excellent Customer Service I was very hesitant about ordering something I hadn't seen and wasn't sure about how they would handle any problems with delivery. They were excellent. There was a delivery error but it was immediately addressed and when the product arrived it looks great and is a good value. I would definitely recommend them.

Great value for the price! I spoke with Jessica at HLS, she is one of the best customer service reps I've had the pleasure of speaking with. She confirmed my order, called me back with a tracking number, and advised me when the product would be arriving to my home. This was the third bathroom makeover I've done to my house. I've purchased from several on-line companies in the past and HLS is by far the company that offers the best product for your money and great customer service too!

The vanities are unique, high quality and awesome! The vanities were packaged very safely and delivery was a breeze. I would recommend to anyone!

GBLong delay and poor communication, lack of urgency. Ordered our 90inch vanity and after almost 2 weeks was told there was a defect and would only be available a month and half out. We ran into this with another vendor and similar run around. Poor communication after reaching out about possible options - finally asked for a refund - got an email within minutes with a refund invoice. Then followed up with "Let us know if you need anything" ... seems a bit backwards, but probably common practice (allowing people to order products they say are available but not... seems like industry standard, sad) Off to the next one!
