Love this company I had a really good experience with company . I asked a million questions and they were able to answer all of them patiently and respectfully, even though I must have called like 15 times. I've never ordered online before so I was a little nervous. I felt so much better after I spoke with them about purchasing online.

Unbelievable Service In the midst of a remodel I for some reason didn't anticipate the construct that nobody in the United States would want to sell me a vanity for the bathroom. I assumed these were normal everyday purchases and would be easy to get hold of, how wrong I was! Having found the exact piece we wanted I contacted several sellers who all told me it was on back order until next month. The wonderful Danielle at HLS was the only one who offered to help me locate another that would work. She stayed until the evening to dig out every single piece that fitted my requirements that was in stock, and constantly checked her email to answer my frequent questions about them. That night we found a vanity that worked perfectly, I ordered it and Danielle hounded it through the system all the way to the warehouse and it was delivered less than 72 hours later. Absolutely incredible service. I'll be recommending HLS to everyone I know.

Great selection, Great quality and proven shipping success! I was skeptical about ordering furniture of unknown quality and manufacturer. But after talking with the sales staff I was ready to take a chance because the vanities were exactly what we were looking for for our new home. Well they proved our trust. The vanities are unique, high quality and awesome! The vanities were packaged very safely and delivery was a breeze. I would recommend to anyone!

wonderful customer service. i ordered a clock in may. within a few days customer service emailed me that it was out-of-stock with the manufacturer and wouldn't be available till september. i was given the choice of canceling the order are keeping it and receiving a 5% discount. i replied that i would wait if she was sure the item would actually be available then. within hours i received an email in return saying that the c.s. rep had personally phoned the manufacturer and been assured the clock would ship in september. the last week of august c.s. emailed me that the clock had shipped and gave me tracking info. it arrived yesterday. it's not often that you find this kind of follow-up and concern from a company, and it was really great.

My mistake I made a whoopsy. I put in my billing info instead of shipping info when buying but I didn’t realize this yet. I get a call to schedule delivery and I’m so happy! Next day comes around and I get a call from my mom “Why am I getting a bathroom vanity to my house with your name on it? Early b-day pressent?” Darn. The delivery guys refused to come to the right address even though I live 7 blocks away! So I called Home Living and like magic, 5 minutes later, guess who shows up at my door? (Hot) delivery guys. My husband told me that most companies would charge for rerouted delivery location but not Home Living!
