GBWell worth the wait!! We had ordered a bathroom vanity that took a while to come in. I called Customer Service and Danielle was wonderful. She kept in touch with me as to when the order would be in the warehouse and then when it would be shipping to me. It was very calming to know that someone cared to keep the client informed and not cancel the order. When the vanity arrived and we opened the box, it was well worth the wait!! The picture online doesn't do it justice. I am so glad that we used Home Living Style and when we are done with the this bathroom, I will be using Home Living Style for my next room. You can't beat their service!

GBLong delay and poor communication, lack of urgency. Ordered our 90inch vanity and after almost 2 weeks was told there was a defect and would only be available a month and half out. We ran into this with another vendor and similar run around. Poor communication after reaching out about possible options - finally asked for a refund - got an email within minutes with a refund invoice. Then followed up with "Let us know if you need anything" ... seems a bit backwards, but probably common practice (allowing people to order products they say are available but not... seems like industry standard, sad) Off to the next one!

GBCancelled order I placed an order yesterday for a dining room table that costs $240. When I got to the page where it calculates shipping costs it said $0. I figured maybe they offer free shipping if you spent a certain amount. I placed the order and received order confirmation via email. This morning, I received an email from someone at the company letting me know that they have cancelled my order as it doesn't meet the $499 minimum to ship. Nowhere on the website does it say there's a minimum, and the system let me place the order even though the total was under. I was told that they do have a delivery charge that's based on weight and the state but wasn't given an estimate or even a chance to pay the delivery charge. They just cancelled the order. I will not use this company again in the future and do not recommend it for anyone.

GBBUYER BEWARE I was shopping for a Grandfather clock and really liked the looks of the "Harper" by Ridgeway. When I searched various sites online, the prices for this item ranged anywhere from $800 - $1,500 over roughly half a dozen different sites. So imagine my surprise when I saw the identical item offered by Home Living Style at the incredibly-inflated price of $8,900!! (which, according to the same Home Living Style catalog, was a $1,000 savings over their normal price?!?) I'm thankful that I searched around prior to making my purchase, but I can't stand the thought of how many folks out there just handed over their hard-earned money to these outrageous vultures sight-unseen!!

GBUnbelievable Service In the midst of a remodel I for some reason didn't anticipate the construct that nobody in the United States would want to sell me a vanity for the bathroom. I assumed these were normal everyday purchases and would be easy to get hold of, how wrong I was! Having found the exact piece we wanted I contacted several sellers who all told me it was on back order until next month. The wonderful Danielle at HLS was the only one who offered to help me locate another that would work. She stayed until the evening to dig out every single piece that fitted my requirements that was in stock, and constantly checked her email to answer my frequent questions about them. That night we found a vanity that worked perfectly, I ordered it and Danielle hounded it through the system all the way to the warehouse and it was delivered less than 72 hours later. Absolutely incredible service. I'll be recommending HLS to everyone I know.
