USGood Quality Product Excellent Customer Service I was very hesitant about ordering something I hadn't seen and wasn't sure about how they would handle any problems with delivery. They were excellent. There was a delivery error but it was immediately addressed and when the product arrived it looks great and is a good value. I would definitely recommend them.

Great value for the price! I spoke with Jessica at HLS, she is one of the best customer service reps I've had the pleasure of speaking with. She confirmed my order, called me back with a tracking number, and advised me when the product would be arriving to my home. This was the third bathroom makeover I've done to my house. I've purchased from several on-line companies in the past and HLS is by far the company that offers the best product for your money and great customer service too!

USRoyal Treatment I was really impressed with how I was treated at HLS. It was my first time purchasing furniture online and I was very nervous about the process. Kimberly @ HLS was really helpful answering all my questions and following up on when to expect delivery of my vanity, During installation, I noticed a knob was missing from my vanity. I called HLS and they had one sent out to me, free of change, the same day!

USStands behind their products I ordered 2 lamps and discovered that one of them was slightly defective, the post of the lamp was crooked. Customer service asked that I submit a written claim with pictures to show the defect. I did so by email. I was worried that they wouldn't agree that the defect was serious enough to warrant replacement, but with no further questions and no cost to me, they sent me out a new lamp that I received within 6 days of my initial claim, and sent Fed Ex to pick up the return package at my home. I love my lamps and they are perfect!
