I was thrilled that I was able to go to eFaucets, look up my prior order and get the exact same one AND it was actually cheaper! I really like the simplicity of the Trinsic collection. Very good purchasing experience Overall, a very good purchasing experience. Delivery (R-L Carriers) was also very good. The products themselves (i.e., 2 Kohler Santa Rosa toilets, Model K3811... the 1.6 gal/flush model) are still being evaluated, as they have only been in use one day.

It was shipped in a box that was… It was shipped in a box that was smaller than the item's manufactures box which created the outer box to rip and expose the product in shipping. Luckily no damage occurred because UPS must have retaped the outer box. I have pictures and wish i could post so all could see what was on our doorstep when we came home from work.
