GBI inadvertently chose the wrong finish… I inadvertently chose the wrong finish for my shower. I immediately ordered the replacement and it arrived very quickly and was very well packed. Customer service responded quickly and it is already on it's way back so I can get my refund.

GBIt was shipped in a box that was… It was shipped in a box that was smaller than the item's manufactures box which created the outer box to rip and expose the product in shipping. Luckily no damage occurred because UPS must have retaped the outer box. I have pictures and wish i could post so all could see what was on our doorstep when we came home from work.

CAExcellent Customer Service My shower faucet is more than 22 years old but Delta Faucets still provided me with the replacement cartridge (RP19804) for free and free shipping. Earlier, I had to purchase a substitute part from Home Depot (for $42 plus HST) because the shower was leaking and had to be repaired soonest. We had to settle for the substitute product because according to Home Depot, Delta is now owned by a different company (the brand that we purchased). Thank you Delta Faucets for the free replacement cartridge.

GBYou need to revise your survey software I think your website is easy to navigate your product selection is excellent and your prices are great. If I have any negative feedback when I purchase anything online I can’t review my experience because you require the name of the person who helped me. Since I didn’t speak to anyone I am prohibited from completing the survey. Not a good design.

GBgreat products and I really liked the… great products and I really liked the website for searching for the right matchup. Only giving four stars because the shower trim took an extra week to arrive, and then the heavy handle was floating around in the box banging other pieces. Amazingly nothing was scratched or dented! The packaging issue was in the Moen box, probably not eFaucets fault.
