Missing parts and no service.... I ordered the Kraus stainless steel sink. Upon arrival and subsequent install, I realized the bottom grid was missing from the box (similar to many other reviews). I have sent four messages asking for a replacement and have yet to receive a response from the company. Complete silence. The sink is fine and looks great. Too bad that the parts were incomplete and the service lacking.

Great product but a soggy delivery The order processing went off without a hitch! Very pleased with my new faucet in both looks and functionality. The only reason a higher rating won't be rewarded is due to the shipping. Delivery was made on a rainy day and while the carrier did put the box in a plastic bag the bag was put on the ground in such a way that water ran straight into the bag, soaking the box, instructions and even had water inside the bags that the faucet parts were packaged within the box! Was a mess! Otherwise, I'm a happy customer.

I have purchased lots of items during… I have purchased lots of items during our home renovation. Have been very pleased with their assistance in my purchases, excellent prices and the speed of delivery. In 2 days!!! Wouldn't purchase anywhere else!

Amazed Plumber! Even my plumber was amazed at the quality of my bathroom faucet. When leaving my home after installation, he asked me, "what was the name of that website again"? He even wrote it down so he would remember. He mentioned that it was a pleasure to install because of its high quality. I have ordered from e-faucets before and have never been disappointed. I would give zero if I could I would give zero if I could. I bought a toilet from them on Amazon. While attempting to install I realized it was the wrong size. I was told if I returned the item undamaged I would get a full refund less shipping. Because I attempted installation there was a small amount of wax residue on the bottom. They claimed it was damage. It was not. They charged me a $140 restocking charge. Beware!
