Amazed Plumber! Even my plumber was amazed at the quality of my bathroom faucet. When leaving my home after installation, he asked me, "what was the name of that website again"? He even wrote it down so he would remember. He mentioned that it was a pleasure to install because of its high quality. I have ordered from e-faucets before and have never been disappointed. Great product but a soggy delivery The order processing went off without a hitch! Very pleased with my new faucet in both looks and functionality. The only reason a higher rating won't be rewarded is due to the shipping. Delivery was made on a rainy day and while the carrier did put the box in a plastic bag the bag was put on the ground in such a way that water ran straight into the bag, soaking the box, instructions and even had water inside the bags that the faucet parts were packaged within the box! Was a mess! Otherwise, I'm a happy customer.

Everything positive Our experiences with eFaucets have been nothing but positive. Their selection and prices are great and service afterward even better. We had purchased a Kohler tub/shower trim package, which arrived quickly, but I was unable to get it to fit properly. Emily in Customer Service proved quite knowledgeable about their products, assisted in the purchase of a replacement kit, and return and refund of the original one.

Very good purchasing experience Overall, a very good purchasing experience. Delivery (R-L Carriers) was also very good. The products themselves (i.e., 2 Kohler Santa Rosa toilets, Model K3811... the 1.6 gal/flush model) are still being evaluated, as they have only been in use one day.

Excellent Customer Service My shower faucet is more than 22 years old but Delta Faucets still provided me with the replacement cartridge (RP19804) for free and free shipping. Earlier, I had to purchase a substitute part from Home Depot (for $42 plus HST) because the shower was leaking and had to be repaired soonest. We had to settle for the substitute product because according to Home Depot, Delta is now owned by a different company (the brand that we purchased). Thank you Delta Faucets for the free replacement cartridge.
