I was thrilled that I was able to go to eFaucets, look up my prior order and get the exact same one AND it was actually cheaper! I really like the simplicity of the Trinsic collection. Perfect. 3) Bug: They shipped one extra sink and I, mistakingly, ordered 2 of what I needed, rather than 1. 4) Working out resolution now, but I am impressed by the way they do business.

Excellent Customer Service My shower faucet is more than 22 years old but Delta Faucets still provided me with the replacement cartridge (RP19804) for free and free shipping. Earlier, I had to purchase a substitute part from Home Depot (for $42 plus HST) because the shower was leaking and had to be repaired soonest. We had to settle for the substitute product because according to Home Depot, Delta is now owned by a different company (the brand that we purchased). Thank you Delta Faucets for the free replacement cartridge.

You need to revise your survey software I think your website is easy to navigate your product selection is excellent and your prices are great. If I have any negative feedback when I purchase anything online I can’t review my experience because you require the name of the person who helped me. Since I didn’t speak to anyone I am prohibited from completing the survey. Not a good design.
