GB1) Customer service 1) Customer service, when I called, was excellent and the lady who assisted me, was very fluent in the product and helpful. 2) Shipment, as promised, arrived the following day. Perfect. 3) Bug: They shipped one extra sink and I, mistakingly, ordered 2 of what I needed, rather than 1. 4) Working out resolution now, but I am impressed by the way they do business.

GBEverything positive Our experiences with eFaucets have been nothing but positive. Their selection and prices are great and service afterward even better. We had purchased a Kohler tub/shower trim package, which arrived quickly, but I was unable to get it to fit properly. Emily in Customer Service proved quite knowledgeable about their products, assisted in the purchase of a replacement kit, and return and refund of the original one.

GBI inadvertently chose the wrong finish… I inadvertently chose the wrong finish for my shower. I immediately ordered the replacement and it arrived very quickly and was very well packed. Customer service responded quickly and it is already on it's way back so I can get my refund.

DEI was really impressed by the quality… I was really impressed by the quality of this faucet set. High quality finishes, each component packaged in its own cloth bag and carton. Easy assembly, good directions, and no leaks first time!

GBMissing parts and no service.... I ordered the Kraus stainless steel sink. Upon arrival and subsequent install, I realized the bottom grid was missing from the box (similar to many other reviews). I have sent four messages asking for a replacement and have yet to receive a response from the company. Complete silence. The sink is fine and looks great. Too bad that the parts were incomplete and the service lacking.
