GB1) Customer service 1) Customer service, when I called, was excellent and the lady who assisted me, was very fluent in the product and helpful. 2) Shipment, as promised, arrived the following day. Perfect. 3) Bug: They shipped one extra sink and I, mistakingly, ordered 2 of what I needed, rather than 1. 4) Working out resolution now, but I am impressed by the way they do business.

GBIt was shipped in a box that was… It was shipped in a box that was smaller than the item's manufactures box which created the outer box to rip and expose the product in shipping. Luckily no damage occurred because UPS must have retaped the outer box. I have pictures and wish i could post so all could see what was on our doorstep when we came home from work.

GBYou need to revise your survey software I think your website is easy to navigate your product selection is excellent and your prices are great. If I have any negative feedback when I purchase anything online I can’t review my experience because you require the name of the person who helped me. Since I didn’t speak to anyone I am prohibited from completing the survey. Not a good design.

GBI would give zero if I could I would give zero if I could. I bought a toilet from them on Amazon. While attempting to install I realized it was the wrong size. I was told if I returned the item undamaged I would get a full refund less shipping. Because I attempted installation there was a small amount of wax residue on the bottom. They claimed it was damage. It was not. They charged me a $140 restocking charge. Beware!

GBI had purchased this towel rack in… I had purchased this towel rack in 2013. My husband used it like a grab bar and it finally broke. I was thrilled that I was able to go to eFaucets, look up my prior order and get the exact same one AND it was actually cheaper! I really like the simplicity of the Trinsic collection. As usual, eFaucets provided great service and I had it within three days of ordering.
