Perfect. 3) Bug: They shipped one extra sink and I, mistakingly, ordered 2 of what I needed, rather than 1. 4) Working out resolution now, but I am impressed by the way they do business.

Amazed Plumber! Even my plumber was amazed at the quality of my bathroom faucet. When leaving my home after installation, he asked me, "what was the name of that website again"? He even wrote it down so he would remember. He mentioned that it was a pleasure to install because of its high quality. I have ordered from e-faucets before and have never been disappointed. Missing parts and no service.... I ordered the Kraus stainless steel sink. Upon arrival and subsequent install, I realized the bottom grid was missing from the box (similar to many other reviews). I have sent four messages asking for a replacement and have yet to receive a response from the company. Complete silence. The sink is fine and looks great. Too bad that the parts were incomplete and the service lacking.

I was really impressed by the quality… I was really impressed by the quality of this faucet set. High quality finishes, each component packaged in its own cloth bag and carton. Easy assembly, good directions, and no leaks first time!

Would order from efaucets again I was impressed by the ease of using this website, which I wasn't familiar with prior to my purchase. We wanted a very specific vanity which stopped being carried at any of our typical hardware stores, and it was available on efaucets. The price was the best I found online, shipping was quick, packaging was very secure. I'd use efaucets again.
