GBYou need to revise your survey software I think your website is easy to navigate your product selection is excellent and your prices are great. If I have any negative feedback when I purchase anything online I can’t review my experience because you require the name of the person who helped me. Since I didn’t speak to anyone I am prohibited from completing the survey. Not a good design.

GBI would give zero if I could I would give zero if I could. I bought a toilet from them on Amazon. While attempting to install I realized it was the wrong size. I was told if I returned the item undamaged I would get a full refund less shipping. Because I attempted installation there was a small amount of wax residue on the bottom. They claimed it was damage. It was not. They charged me a $140 restocking charge. Beware!

GBAmazed Plumber! Even my plumber was amazed at the quality of my bathroom faucet. When leaving my home after installation, he asked me, "what was the name of that website again"? He even wrote it down so he would remember. He mentioned that it was a pleasure to install because of its high quality. I have ordered from e-faucets before and have never been disappointed. GBGreat Service and Prices Great service and selection, good prices, fast shipping. Customer service was excellent when I needed to call. I ordered a sink through Home Depot special ordering thinking it was going to be easier and faster than ordering through eFaucets - the sink arrived at Home Depot broken 3 times!! I then ordered on eFaucets at the same price and they delivered it over-night for $29!!

GBgreat products and I really liked the… great products and I really liked the website for searching for the right matchup. Only giving four stars because the shower trim took an extra week to arrive, and then the heavy handle was floating around in the box banging other pieces. Amazingly nothing was scratched or dented! The packaging issue was in the Moen box, probably not eFaucets fault.
