Everything positive Our experiences with eFaucets have been nothing but positive. Their selection and prices are great and service afterward even better. We had purchased a Kohler tub/shower trim package, which arrived quickly, but I was unable to get it to fit properly. Emily in Customer Service proved quite knowledgeable about their products, assisted in the purchase of a replacement kit, and return and refund of the original one.

From a Repeat Customer... Got such good service from eFaucets.com when we remodeled our first bathroom, we used them again when we remodeled the second one! Good selection, competitive prices, super quick shipping and helpful customer service.

Great Service and Prices Great service and selection, good prices, fast shipping. Customer service was excellent when I needed to call. I ordered a sink through Home Depot special ordering thinking it was going to be easier and faster than ordering through eFaucets - the sink arrived at Home Depot broken 3 times!! I then ordered on eFaucets at the same price and they delivered it over-night for $29!!

I inadvertently chose the wrong finish… I inadvertently chose the wrong finish for my shower. I immediately ordered the replacement and it arrived very quickly and was very well packed. Customer service responded quickly and it is already on it's way back so I can get my refund.

It was shipped in a box that was… It was shipped in a box that was smaller than the item's manufactures box which created the outer box to rip and expose the product in shipping. Luckily no damage occurred because UPS must have retaped the outer box. I have pictures and wish i could post so all could see what was on our doorstep when we came home from work.
