I ordered a sink through Home Depot special ordering thinking it was going to be easier and faster than ordering through eFaucets - the sink arrived at Home Depot broken 3 times!! Would order from efaucets again I was impressed by the ease of using this website, which I wasn't familiar with prior to my purchase. We wanted a very specific vanity which stopped being carried at any of our typical hardware stores, and it was available on efaucets. The price was the best I found online, shipping was quick, packaging was very secure. I'd use efaucets again.

Missing parts and no service.... I ordered the Kraus stainless steel sink. Upon arrival and subsequent install, I realized the bottom grid was missing from the box (similar to many other reviews). I have sent four messages asking for a replacement and have yet to receive a response from the company. Complete silence. The sink is fine and looks great. Too bad that the parts were incomplete and the service lacking.
