I ordered a sink through Home Depot special ordering thinking it was going to be easier and faster than ordering through eFaucets - the sink arrived at Home Depot broken 3 times!! I then ordered on eFaucets at the same price and they delivered it over-night for $29!!

Amazed Plumber! Even my plumber was amazed at the quality of my bathroom faucet. When leaving my home after installation, he asked me, "what was the name of that website again"? He even wrote it down so he would remember. He mentioned that it was a pleasure to install because of its high quality. I have ordered from e-faucets before and have never been disappointed. I had purchased this towel rack in… I had purchased this towel rack in 2013. My husband used it like a grab bar and it finally broke. I was thrilled that I was able to go to eFaucets, look up my prior order and get the exact same one AND it was actually cheaper! I really like the simplicity of the Trinsic collection. As usual, eFaucets provided great service and I had it within three days of ordering.

I inadvertently chose the wrong finish… I inadvertently chose the wrong finish for my shower. I immediately ordered the replacement and it arrived very quickly and was very well packed. Customer service responded quickly and it is already on it's way back so I can get my refund.

Great product but a soggy delivery The order processing went off without a hitch! Very pleased with my new faucet in both looks and functionality. The only reason a higher rating won't be rewarded is due to the shipping. Delivery was made on a rainy day and while the carrier did put the box in a plastic bag the bag was put on the ground in such a way that water ran straight into the bag, soaking the box, instructions and even had water inside the bags that the faucet parts were packaged within the box! Was a mess! Otherwise, I'm a happy customer.
