I was told if I returned the item undamaged I would get a full refund less shipping. Because I attempted installation there was a small amount of wax residue on the bottom. They claimed it was damage. It was not. They charged me a $140 restocking charge. Beware!

We had purchased a Kohler tub/shower trim package, which arrived quickly, but I was unable to get it to fit properly.
