Excellent Customer Service My shower faucet is more than 22 years old but Delta Faucets still provided me with the replacement cartridge (RP19804) for free and free shipping. Earlier, I had to purchase a substitute part from Home Depot (for $42 plus HST) because the shower was leaking and had to be repaired soonest. We had to settle for the substitute product because according to Home Depot, Delta is now owned by a different company (the brand that we purchased). Thank you Delta Faucets for the free replacement cartridge.

Missing parts and no service.... I ordered the Kraus stainless steel sink. Upon arrival and subsequent install, I realized the bottom grid was missing from the box (similar to many other reviews). I have sent four messages asking for a replacement and have yet to receive a response from the company. Complete silence. The sink is fine and looks great. Too bad that the parts were incomplete and the service lacking.

I had purchased this towel rack in… I had purchased this towel rack in 2013. My husband used it like a grab bar and it finally broke. I was thrilled that I was able to go to eFaucets, look up my prior order and get the exact same one AND it was actually cheaper! I really like the simplicity of the Trinsic collection. As usual, eFaucets provided great service and I had it within three days of ordering.

You need to revise your survey software I think your website is easy to navigate your product selection is excellent and your prices are great. If I have any negative feedback when I purchase anything online I can’t review my experience because you require the name of the person who helped me. Since I didn’t speak to anyone I am prohibited from completing the survey. Not a good design.

I would give zero if I could I would give zero if I could. I bought a toilet from them on Amazon. While attempting to install I realized it was the wrong size. I was told if I returned the item undamaged I would get a full refund less shipping. Because I attempted installation there was a small amount of wax residue on the bottom. They claimed it was damage. It was not. They charged me a $140 restocking charge. Beware!
