GBVery good purchasing experience Overall, a very good purchasing experience. Delivery (R-L Carriers) was also very good. The products themselves (i.e., 2 Kohler Santa Rosa toilets, Model K3811... the 1.6 gal/flush model) are still being evaluated, as they have only been in use one day.

GBGreat product but a soggy delivery The order processing went off without a hitch! Very pleased with my new faucet in both looks and functionality. The only reason a higher rating won't be rewarded is due to the shipping. Delivery was made on a rainy day and while the carrier did put the box in a plastic bag the bag was put on the ground in such a way that water ran straight into the bag, soaking the box, instructions and even had water inside the bags that the faucet parts were packaged within the box! Was a mess! Otherwise, I'm a happy customer.

GBI inadvertently chose the wrong finish… I inadvertently chose the wrong finish for my shower. I immediately ordered the replacement and it arrived very quickly and was very well packed. Customer service responded quickly and it is already on it's way back so I can get my refund.

GB1) Customer service 1) Customer service, when I called, was excellent and the lady who assisted me, was very fluent in the product and helpful. 2) Shipment, as promised, arrived the following day. Perfect. 3) Bug: They shipped one extra sink and I, mistakingly, ordered 2 of what I needed, rather than 1. 4) Working out resolution now, but I am impressed by the way they do business.

GBI would give zero if I could I would give zero if I could. I bought a toilet from them on Amazon. While attempting to install I realized it was the wrong size. I was told if I returned the item undamaged I would get a full refund less shipping. Because I attempted installation there was a small amount of wax residue on the bottom. They claimed it was damage. It was not. They charged me a $140 restocking charge. Beware!
