I bought the kangaroo strops and the diamond emulsions, the emulsions are not that cheap crap like chef knives to go has. I also purchased some spyderco stones for my KME . The customer service is amazing The customer service is amazing. They were willing and able to answer any and all of my question at almost any hour of the day. They treated me with respect and were wiling to help. The products I received were AMAZING. From steps to emulsions to stones. Everything was well packaged,labeled and had high fir and finish. I am definitely using them again.

I've been using Jende for many years I've been using Jende for many years. On more than one occasion they had a product I needed when I could not find it elsewhere. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable about products when I had questions. They have been a step or two above other vendors who are not as knowledgeable about products and sharpening in general. The prices are competitive. Great consumer oriented place to shop.

Excellent customer service I had the misfortune of placing an order during a server upgrade of some sort, so I didn't receive any automated communications regarding the order. However, upon reaching out to Jende they responded very quickly and provided the tracking number for my package. It arrived in a timely manner, and I am very pleased with the products. Will definitely be ordering again!
