Jende was extra courteous is providing some customisation solutions which was helpful and sourcing some out of ordinary products. This is true customer centric service and I’m amazed with the knives. Very happy.

GBThe company is doing all they can… The company is doing as much as they can. I found that the acetylene nut on the torch set was bad. I contacted them and with out questioning me they sent another torch set. Unfortunately it was bad also. So I bout a nut from a different supplier and installed it. Now I have one working torch set.

GBI've been using Jende for many years I've been using Jende for many years. On more than one occasion they had a product I needed when I could not find it elsewhere. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable about products when I had questions. They have been a step or two above other vendors who are not as knowledgeable about products and sharpening in general. The prices are competitive. Great consumer oriented place to shop.
