Excellent customer service I had the misfortune of placing an order during a server upgrade of some sort, so I didn't receive any automated communications regarding the order. However, upon reaching out to Jende they responded very quickly and provided the tracking number for my package. It arrived in a timely manner, and I am very pleased with the products. Will definitely be ordering again!

I was shopping for a good reed knife… I was shopping for a good reed knife and came accross Jende. Chris Tayler was out of town, in Taiwan actually, but still took the time to discuss the appropriate knife and give me an overview of the company. Chris represented the company with such professionalism that I’ll never go anywhere else and I’ll never forget the level of care I received from him. Also, I’ve had the knife for quite some time now and I absolutely love it. I still haven’t had to sharpen it!

I think I wasted about 2 hours of their time asking all kinds of questions, and they even sent me microscopic pictures to show how each product changed the edge. Freaking mind-blowing, let me tell you. Even though they are much more experienced at sharpening than I will ever be, I felt I still got treated as an equal. Every recommendation was meant to get me what I needed rather than what they wanted to force me to buy. They earned a lifelong customer today.
