I was never able to sharpen this knife I was never able to sharpen this knife to my standards - it didn’t seem sharp when I got it and didn’t seem sharp after I paid the dealer I bought it from to sharpen it. I found a friend who was a Jende fan and gave it to him.

Chris represented the company with such professionalism that I’ll never go anywhere else and I’ll never forget the level of care I received from him. Also, I’ve had the knife for quite some time now and I absolutely love it. I still haven’t had to sharpen it!

The knives are excellent, razor sharp and Tom is very genuine in helping. Jende was extra courteous is providing some customisation solutions which was helpful and sourcing some out of ordinary products. This is true customer centric service and I’m amazed with the knives. The customer service is amazing The customer service is amazing. They were willing and able to answer any and all of my question at almost any hour of the day. They treated me with respect and were wiling to help. The products I received were AMAZING. From steps to emulsions to stones. Everything was well packaged,labeled and had high fir and finish.
