CAExcellent customer service I had the misfortune of placing an order during a server upgrade of some sort, so I didn't receive any automated communications regarding the order. However, upon reaching out to Jende they responded very quickly and provided the tracking number for my package. It arrived in a timely manner, and I am very pleased with the products. GBI was never able to sharpen this knife I was never able to sharpen this knife to my standards - it didn’t seem sharp when I got it and didn’t seem sharp after I paid the dealer I bought it from to sharpen it. I found a friend who was a Jende fan and gave it to him.
