GBThe company is doing all they can… The company is doing as much as they can. I found that the acetylene nut on the torch set was bad. I contacted them and with out questioning me they sent another torch set. Unfortunately it was bad also. So I bout a nut from a different supplier and installed it. Now I have one working torch set.

Shipping does occasionally come from Taiwan so don’t be surprised if your package gets delayed, but it is well worth it to deal with such an upstanding company .
