Jende was extra courteous is providing some customisation solutions which was helpful and sourcing some out of ordinary products. This is true customer centric service and I’m amazed with the knives. I think I wasted about 2 hours of their time asking all kinds of questions, and they even sent me microscopic pictures to show how each product changed the edge. Freaking mind-blowing, let me tell you. Even though they are much more experienced at sharpening than I will ever be, I felt I still got treated as an equal.
