GBI’ve never once trusted a company as… I’ve never once trusted a company as much as I trust Jende- top of the line products, and Tom is an example of a great business owner who truly cares about each customer and will treat you right. I’ve bought dozens of stones and films from Jende and have never been disappointed . Each stone is very flat and presented well. Shipping does occasionally come from Taiwan so don’t be surprised if your package gets delayed, but it is well worth it to deal with such an upstanding company .

GBStay away from JENDE Stay away from JENDE! Their customer service is terrible. I have contacted JENDE regarding faulty (major) part of the system and even though they have admitted the part was faulty in their first generation of systems and promised to replace the faulty part, they never did that. I chased JENDE company for more than a year now, send dozens of e-mails, messages through social platforms but it never worked. JENDE promised to send the faulty part three times but they never kept their word. JENDE is one of the worst company that I have dealt with.

GBI've been using Jende for many years I've been using Jende for many years. On more than one occasion they had a product I needed when I could not find it elsewhere. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable about products when I had questions. They have been a step or two above other vendors who are not as knowledgeable about products and sharpening in general. The prices are competitive. Great consumer oriented place to shop.

GBI would def recommend Jende Industries I would def recommend Jende Industries, I had a good experience ordering from them and there products are actually good. I bought the kangaroo strops and the diamond emulsions, the emulsions are not that cheap crap like chef knives to go has. I also purchased some spyderco stones for my KME . Overall they are top notch with fast shipping and good communication.👍

TWJende earned a lifelong customer today The Jende guys really know their stuff when it comes to sharpening and their products. I think I wasted about 2 hours of their time asking all kinds of questions, and they even sent me microscopic pictures to show how each product changed the edge. Freaking mind-blowing, let me tell you. Even though they are much more experienced at sharpening than I will ever be, I felt I still got treated as an equal. Every recommendation was meant to get me what I needed rather than what they wanted to force me to buy. They earned a lifelong customer today.
