USI was shopping for a good reed knife… I was shopping for a good reed knife and came accross Jende. Chris Tayler was out of town, in Taiwan actually, but still took the time to discuss the appropriate knife and give me an overview of the company. Chris represented the company with such professionalism that I’ll never go anywhere else and I’ll never forget the level of care I received from him. Also, I’ve had the knife for quite some time now and I absolutely love it. I still haven’t had to sharpen it!
