I bought the kangaroo strops and the diamond emulsions, the emulsions are not that cheap crap like chef knives to go has. I also purchased some spyderco stones for my KME . Top notch service, great products I spent countless hours watching UToob videos and reading reviews on sharpening systems and decided to go with the Hapstone V7. I emailed Jende and then called them and they helped me get what I needed. The results are amazing. Everything in our home that has an edge on it is now wickedly sharp. We are an outdoors activity family engaging in hunting, fishing, camping and I’m a retired chef so my knife collection is fairly extensive. Every conceivable type of steel is represented in our collections and the Hapstone has handled them all. The only exception is recurved knives. The flat stones just aren’t made for that blade style, but I only have one so it’s not a big deal. Long story short, buy from Jende. You’re going to be happy.

I was never able to sharpen this knife I was never able to sharpen this knife to my standards - it didn’t seem sharp when I got it and didn’t seem sharp after I paid the dealer I bought it from to sharpen it. I found a friend who was a Jende fan and gave it to him.
