The knives are excellent, razor sharp and Tom is very genuine in helping. Jende was extra courteous is providing some customisation solutions which was helpful and sourcing some out of ordinary products. This is true customer centric service and I’m amazed with the knives. GBI was never able to sharpen this knife I was never able to sharpen this knife to my standards - it didn’t seem sharp when I got it and didn’t seem sharp after I paid the dealer I bought it from to sharpen it. I found a friend who was a Jende fan and gave it to him.

GBThe company is doing all they can… The company is doing as much as they can. I found that the acetylene nut on the torch set was bad. I contacted them and with out questioning me they sent another torch set. Unfortunately it was bad also. So I bout a nut from a different supplier and installed it. Now I have one working torch set.
