However, upon reaching out to Jende they responded very quickly and provided the tracking number for my package. It arrived in a timely manner, and I am very pleased with the products. GBI've been using Jende for many years I've been using Jende for many years. On more than one occasion they had a product I needed when I could not find it elsewhere. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable about products when I had questions. They have been a step or two above other vendors who are not as knowledgeable about products and sharpening in general. The prices are competitive. Great consumer oriented place to shop.

TWJende earned a lifelong customer today The Jende guys really know their stuff when it comes to sharpening and their products. I think I wasted about 2 hours of their time asking all kinds of questions, and they even sent me microscopic pictures to show how each product changed the edge. Freaking mind-blowing, let me tell you. Even though they are much more experienced at sharpening than I will ever be, I felt I still got treated as an equal. Every recommendation was meant to get me what I needed rather than what they wanted to force me to buy. They earned a lifelong customer today.
