GBI was shopping for a good reed knife… I was shopping for a good reed knife and came accross Jende. Chris Tayler was out of town, in Taiwan actually, but still took the time to discuss the appropriate knife and give me an overview of the company. Chris represented the company with such professionalism that I’ll never go anywhere else and I’ll never forget the level of care I received from him. Also, I’ve had the knife for quite some time now and I absolutely love it. I still haven’t had to sharpen it!

The knives are excellent, razor sharp and Tom is very genuine in helping. Jende was extra courteous is providing some customisation solutions which was helpful and sourcing some out of ordinary products. This is true customer centric service and I’m amazed with the knives. Very happy.

GBTop notch service, great products I spent countless hours watching UToob videos and reading reviews on sharpening systems and decided to go with the Hapstone V7. I emailed Jende and then called them and they helped me get what I needed. The results are amazing. Everything in our home that has an edge on it is now wickedly sharp. We are an outdoors activity family engaging in hunting, fishing, camping and I’m a retired chef so my knife collection is fairly extensive. Every conceivable type of steel is represented in our collections and the Hapstone has handled them all. The only exception is recurved knives. The flat stones just aren’t made for that blade style, but I only have one so it’s not a big deal. Long story short, buy from Jende. You’re going to be happy.

GBStay away from JENDE Stay away from JENDE! Their customer service is terrible. I have contacted JENDE regarding faulty (major) part of the system and even though they have admitted the part was faulty in their first generation of systems and promised to replace the faulty part, they never did that. I chased JENDE company for more than a year now, send dozens of e-mails, messages through social platforms but it never worked. JENDE promised to send the faulty part three times but they never kept their word. JENDE is one of the worst company that I have dealt with.
