Jende was extra courteous is providing some customisation solutions which was helpful and sourcing some out of ordinary products. This is true customer centric service and I’m amazed with the knives. Very happy.

GBBUYER BEWARE. System was not as stated in terms of design, manufacturer and functionality. Poor customer service. Vendor is just requesting a customer review after a purchase that occurred 3 years ago. The took my money and ran.

GBThe company is doing all they can… The company is doing as much as they can. I found that the acetylene nut on the torch set was bad. I contacted them and with out questioning me they sent another torch set. Unfortunately it was bad also. So I bout a nut from a different supplier and installed it. Now I have one working torch set.

CAExcellent customer service I had the misfortune of placing an order during a server upgrade of some sort, so I didn't receive any automated communications regarding the order. However, upon reaching out to Jende they responded very quickly and provided the tracking number for my package. It arrived in a timely manner, and I am very pleased with the products.
