I was shopping for a good reed knife… I was shopping for a good reed knife and came accross Jende. Chris Tayler was out of town, in Taiwan actually, but still took the time to discuss the appropriate knife and give me an overview of the company. Chris represented the company with such professionalism that I’ll never go anywhere else and I’ll never forget the level of care I received from him. The company is doing all they can… The company is doing as much as they can. I found that the acetylene nut on the torch set was bad. I contacted them and with out questioning me they sent another torch set. Unfortunately it was bad also. So I bout a nut from a different supplier and installed it. Now I have one working torch set.
