The customer service is amazing The customer service is amazing. They were willing and able to answer any and all of my question at almost any hour of the day. They treated me with respect and were wiling to help. The products I received were AMAZING. From steps to emulsions to stones. Everything was well packaged,labeled and had high fir and finish. I am definitely using them again.

Excellent customer service I had the misfortune of placing an order during a server upgrade of some sort, so I didn't receive any automated communications regarding the order. However, upon reaching out to Jende they responded very quickly and provided the tracking number for my package. It arrived in a timely manner, and I am very pleased with the products. Jende earned a lifelong customer today The Jende guys really know their stuff when it comes to sharpening and their products. I think I wasted about 2 hours of their time asking all kinds of questions, and they even sent me microscopic pictures to show how each product changed the edge. Freaking mind-blowing, let me tell you. Even though they are much more experienced at sharpening than I will ever be, I felt I still got treated as an equal. Every recommendation was meant to get me what I needed rather than what they wanted to force me to buy. They earned a lifelong customer today.
