I’ve bought dozens of stones and films from Jende and have never been disappointed . Each stone is very flat and presented well. Shipping does occasionally come from Taiwan so don’t be surprised if your package gets delayed, but it is well worth it to deal with such an upstanding company .

Top notch service, great products I spent countless hours watching UToob videos and reading reviews on sharpening systems and decided to go with the Hapstone V7. I emailed Jende and then called them and they helped me get what I needed. The results are amazing. Everything in our home that has an edge on it is now wickedly sharp. We are an outdoors activity family engaging in hunting, fishing, camping and I’m a retired chef so my knife collection is fairly extensive. Every conceivable type of steel is represented in our collections and the Hapstone has handled them all. The only exception is recurved knives. The flat stones just aren’t made for that blade style, but I only have one so it’s not a big deal. Long story short, buy from Jende. You’re going to be happy.
