They treated me with respect and were wiling to help. The products I received were AMAZING. From steps to emulsions to stones. Everything was well packaged,labeled and had high fir and finish. GBThe company is doing all they can… The company is doing as much as they can. I found that the acetylene nut on the torch set was bad. I contacted them and with out questioning me they sent another torch set. Unfortunately it was bad also. So I bout a nut from a different supplier and installed it. Now I have one working torch set.

GBI would def recommend Jende Industries I would def recommend Jende Industries, I had a good experience ordering from them and there products are actually good. I bought the kangaroo strops and the diamond emulsions, the emulsions are not that cheap crap like chef knives to go has. I also purchased some spyderco stones for my KME . Overall they are top notch with fast shipping and good communication.👍
