CAExcellent customer service I had the misfortune of placing an order during a server upgrade of some sort, so I didn't receive any automated communications regarding the order. However, upon reaching out to Jende they responded very quickly and provided the tracking number for my package. It arrived in a timely manner, and I am very pleased with the products. Will definitely be ordering again!

GBTom, of Jende Industries, is a sharpening wizard Tom is a sharpening wizard. His knowledge of his products and the art of sharpening is second to none. It’s amazing how he manages to ship from Taiwan and have things arrive stateside quicker than any of his competors I’ve tried who are actually in the states.

GBBUYER BEWARE. System was not as stated in terms of design, manufacturer and functionality. Poor customer service. Vendor is just requesting a customer review after a purchase that occurred 3 years ago. The took my money and ran.

GBTop notch service, great products I spent countless hours watching UToob videos and reading reviews on sharpening systems and decided to go with the Hapstone V7. I emailed Jende and then called them and they helped me get what I needed. The results are amazing. Everything in our home that has an edge on it is now wickedly sharp. We are an outdoors activity family engaging in hunting, fishing, camping and I’m a retired chef so my knife collection is fairly extensive. Every conceivable type of steel is represented in our collections and the Hapstone has handled them all. The only exception is recurved knives. The flat stones just aren’t made for that blade style, but I only have one so it’s not a big deal. Long story short, buy from Jende. You’re going to be happy.

GBStay away from JENDE Stay away from JENDE! Their customer service is terrible. I have contacted JENDE regarding faulty (major) part of the system and even though they have admitted the part was faulty in their first generation of systems and promised to replace the faulty part, they never did that. I chased JENDE company for more than a year now, send dozens of e-mails, messages through social platforms but it never worked. JENDE promised to send the faulty part three times but they never kept their word. JENDE is one of the worst company that I have dealt with.
