CAExcellent customer service I had the misfortune of placing an order during a server upgrade of some sort, so I didn't receive any automated communications regarding the order. However, upon reaching out to Jende they responded very quickly and provided the tracking number for my package. It arrived in a timely manner, and I am very pleased with the products. Will definitely be ordering again!

GBThe company is doing all they can… The company is doing as much as they can. I found that the acetylene nut on the torch set was bad. I contacted them and with out questioning me they sent another torch set. Unfortunately it was bad also. So I bout a nut from a different supplier and installed it. Now I have one working torch set.

They treated me with respect and were wiling to help. The products I received were AMAZING. From steps to emulsions to stones. Everything was well packaged,labeled and had high fir and finish. I am definitely using them again.

GBI would def recommend Jende Industries I would def recommend Jende Industries, I had a good experience ordering from them and there products are actually good. I bought the kangaroo strops and the diamond emulsions, the emulsions are not that cheap crap like chef knives to go has. I also purchased some spyderco stones for my KME . Overall they are top notch with fast shipping and good communication.👍
