A great freezer A great freezer! Easy to purchase, showed up well packed and we've had it running smoothly for about 5 months without issue. I'd definitely buy more coolers from Vortex.

Fantastic Experience! I own a large flower shop in the LA area. A couple of months ago I ordered two 3 glass door refrigerators and 2 door refrigerator. Vortex called to verify my order and to make sure what I had ordered filled my needs. I received everything 2 days after placing my order. All of my refrigeration looks great, the quality for the price is amazing and everything is working perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Vortex Refrigeration.

Arrived Quickly Arrived Quickly, Has 3 dents was told by the sales rep that I should have unwrapped it entirely before I let the truck go, this is no small job and it arrived at lunch time and I am part of the crew so it wasn’t possible. When I called he said he would see what he could do to resolve this problem, and get back to me -so far nothing has happened and I haven’t been contacted tomorrow will be a week since it arrived. It’s a nice unit too bad its banged up let the buyer beware.

Great experience with this company Wow! Customer service was great. I talked to the customer service rep on the phone and he was able to assist and help in anyway possible. This was my first time buying restaurant equipment and I will definitely come back to vortex. The manager made the experience great and he was helpful with any questions I had.
