Great experience with this company Wow! Customer service was great. I talked to the customer service rep on the phone and he was able to assist and help in anyway possible. This was my first time buying restaurant equipment and I will definitely come back to vortex. The manager made the experience great and he was helpful with any questions I had. Order freezer it was damaged and refuse… Order freezer it was damaged and refuse to do anything about it …. Won’t be doing biz with them again !!! Figure u would say that, how does one inspect the item, when it’s cover with 50lbs of cardboard and driver was in out in a flash, that’s why u have insurance for ur biz…. Please Why U filing with fedex ? It wasn’t fedex that deliver it !!

Great Kegerator! Great Experience! Ordered my kegerator on a Monday, had it delivered by Thursday. Got a dent in shipment, but company was easy to deal with and we decided to keep it at a discount. The kegerator is great quality for the money - comparable competitors were sometimes twice the price! So far I am very happy with my purchase!

We live our applinaces We live our applinaces. Low design is perfect fit for our kitchen. Unit came damaged but was easily fixed by us at home with the help of their office. Anyone with a view of the outdoors would truly appreciate these units.
