Terrible Terrible. Bought a pizza table that broke down after 1 year. When I called they said call a technician because they only cover the compressor after a year. Also, the representative or manager(if you can call that a manager) was having an attitude. What kind of product that are new can’t even make it 5 years without problems? Go somewhere else with better warranty and customer service.

A great freezer A great freezer! Easy to purchase, showed up well packed and we've had it running smoothly for about 5 months without issue. I'd definitely buy more coolers from Vortex.

The buying of the glass door reach-in… The buying of the glass door reach-in refrigerator was great. No problem. I would buy from Vortex again. The only problem was delivery. The dispatcher gave me a 4-hour window, and called me to confirm. I waited 4 hours and the truck driver called and left a message on my home answering machine wanting to know if I was going to be at the delivery address. We connected 30 minutes before the end of the 4 hours and he could not make it. He re-scheduled for the next day, with another 4-hour window. He arrived 30-minutes before the end of the 4-hour wait. To me this was unacceptable.

Great experience with this company Wow! Customer service was great. I talked to the customer service rep on the phone and he was able to assist and help in anyway possible. This was my first time buying restaurant equipment and I will definitely come back to vortex. The manager made the experience great and he was helpful with any questions I had. My equipment works like a charm and it came brand new in a box. Very clean equipment. Thanks Vortex!
