Don’t waste your money My mother bought a sofa sleeper online from this company for over $700. When it arrived, it was super hard to put together. Once it was assembled, it looked like something that came from a thrift store. It is so hard it is like sitting on a concrete bench. There is no liner in the storage box. I have reached out to get a refund a half a credit anything since we are past 30 days and I do not have the original box. I am getting confrontation. First impressions are the most important! I would never recommend buying from here.

My item had some missing pieces and as soon as I contacted them, they quickly sent out the correct pieces. Really love this vanity Omg I love this vanity soooo much! It's sturdy, gorgeous, and has tons of room. The LED light system is a cool feature, and I love that I can adjust the brightness. The white finish and gold handles are beautiful. The drawers are spacious and well-designed, perfect for organizing my makeup and hair supplies. It's become an essential part of my daily routine. Putting it together was easy with clear instructions. The customer service was exceptional, demonstrating both professional skills and a friendly attitude. This vanity exceeded my expectations!

Amazing Customer Experience I ordered a dresser, but unfortunately, it didn't work out for us since it was a pre-order, and I found another option that could be delivered faster. However, I want to highlight that the return process for the dresser was incredibly easy. I had to wait two months for delivery… I had to wait two months for delivery of order YT1000112524. Assembly went well. Hardware packs were helpful. Assembly instructions could have benefited from larger illustrations… the only negative thing is the legs with wheels that bolt on are too long .. the sofa arms don’t reach the floor at the rear of the sofa, so it moves around when you make a movement to sit down!
