GBGreat Customer Service for my Issue We received an outdoor Deck Box as a wedding gift last Fall. It was purchased on Amazon and supplied by Hernest. I did not try to assemble it until this Spring (after the snow was gone) and when I opened the box, I realized it was missing the Hardware Kit (Screws, Hinges, Latch, etc...). I contacted the phone number listed and the support team was very friendly and helpful. Rather than wait several weeks for a replacement Hardware Kit to be sent, they offered to send a complete new replacement Deck Box. I had the new box in a few days and it assembled with no issues. The communication was excellent and I am completely satisfied with the product and company. Thank You for your help.

GBPerfect Wall-mounted Vanity I recently purchased this modern vanity for my bathroom remodel and I have been extremely satisfied with my decision. The vanity feels sturdy and well-made, with all parts included and very well packaged. I love the floating design, which has truly transformed the look and feel of my bathroom. GBAmazing Customer Experience I ordered a dresser, but unfortunately, it didn't work out for us since it was a pre-order, and I found another option that could be delivered faster. However, I want to highlight that the return process for the dresser was incredibly easy. Hilda, our customer service representative, was very responsive and provided one of the best return experiences I've had with furniture. Hernest has excellent customer service, and I will definitely purchase from them again.

GBDon’t waste your money My mother bought a sofa sleeper online from this company for over $700. When it arrived, it was super hard to put together. Once it was assembled, it looked like something that came from a thrift store. It is so hard it is like sitting on a concrete bench. There is no liner in the storage box. I have reached out to get a refund a half a credit anything since we are past 30 days and I do not have the original box. I am getting confrontation. First impressions are the most important! I would never recommend buying from here.

GBIf I could give ZERO stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. The couch was more like a bench with minimal fabric joined together with velcro and staples. The day it arrived we called to return it after putting it together and realizing it was NOT what we expected. We were asked repeatedly if we would take a $100 then $150 then $200 refund to keep the furniture. We declined and asked to proceed with the return. We have been getting the run around and stalling tactics in email communications again sending emails asking if we would take the discount to keep the furniture-again no. We were told we had to be within 30 days-we were within 10 days of ordering and same day as shipping. Then they told us they would send someone to pick it up April 1st only AFTER I send many photos to prove the packaging was secure and all materials were in tact. Then the date was April 4th. When I asked for the packing slip I was told I had to confirm there was a pallet there for pick up-no pallet was ever delivered with the original delivery. This all started on March 26th. For 7 days i've been trying to get them to return the terrible couch and get my money back. All I want is for this to be over. ABSOLUTE WORST! Update (4/8/24) In response to their response to my review-this is a false narrative. Also the shipping label that was sent was for a "Rotarty Cultivator" and supplied by an LLC that wasn't Hernest but carries the same address in Kent WA as Hernest-again BUYER BEWARE this is some shaddy business. I did receive my refund but ONLY after Almost 2 weeks, a phone call-where I was haggled then 20+ emails where again I was being haggled only until 1. provided their own return policy to them to reiterate meeting the parameters 2. took the first steps of legal action by starting a demand letter 3. threatened to contact BBB and 4. started to leave reviews of the experience to finally stop being hassled and get action. I will never buy from this company again.
