We wanted something for our living room tv area that didn't feel boring or basics. There was no damage to any of the pieces when it arrived. The fireplace looks fantastic and puts out a lot of heat. This feels luxury and custom. It really makes warms up the room and makes it feel welcoming. We have kids who love this as well. They enjoyed that the lights change colors and makes it feel more "cozy" for family movie night. Overall, it's stunning and we love it!

USCoffee table purchase Bought a coffee table from hernest.com and the delivery was very fast. I love the coffee table because it goes well with my decor. Long story short i was able to reach out to their after sales customer service with the issue i had with the table and we were able to reach a good solution that worked for both parties.

USHernest Untrustworthy We bought a small couch that pulls out into a bed from Hernest for almost $900. It’s got almost no cushion anywhere on it. It’s cheap, overpriced , Chinese garbage. We have been trying to return the couch for a week. Every time we call or email they list the same two excuses for not sending a return label. It’s either, “they need to check with their team and shipping company first” or that “they’re emailing a questionnaire for us to fill out”. We have answered all of their questions, questionnaires, and requests for photos. They offered us $300 compensation and we could keep the couch. We don’t want the couch! We want a refund and a return label! When you talk to their representatives, they feel like scammers. They will do what it takes to wear you down so that you’re unable to get refunded. They are trying to wait us out until the 30 day return period is over and we get stuck with a $900 piece of junk. I don’t trust this company.

USGreat Customer Service for my Issue We received an outdoor Deck Box as a wedding gift last Fall. It was purchased on Amazon and supplied by Hernest. I did not try to assemble it until this Spring (after the snow was gone) and when I opened the box, I realized it was missing the Hardware Kit (Screws, Hinges, Latch, etc...). I contacted the phone number listed and the support team was very friendly and helpful. Rather than wait several weeks for a replacement Hardware Kit to be sent, they offered to send a complete new replacement Deck Box. I had the new box in a few days and it assembled with no issues. The communication was excellent and I am completely satisfied with the product and company. Thank You for your help.

USAmazing Customer Experience I ordered a dresser, but unfortunately, it didn't work out for us since it was a pre-order, and I found another option that could be delivered faster. However, I want to highlight that the return process for the dresser was incredibly easy. Hilda, our customer service representative, was very responsive and provided one of the best return experiences I've had with furniture. Hernest has excellent customer service, and I will definitely purchase from them again.
