However, I'm glad I took the risk. My hopes were exceeded by this coffee table, which features an amazing wood grain pattern and adjustable lighting. A welcome surprise was the ample storage space provided by the pull-out drawers, which could accommodate all of my belongings. Thanks to the detailed directions, assembly was a breeze. Overall, the elegant style and superior finish of this coffee table have completely changed my living space. It's a statement piece rather than just furniture, which is why I'm in love with it. I'm overjoyed with my buy!

This was our "house warming gift" from… This was our "house warming gift" from my parents. My husband and I purchased our first home. We wanted something for our living room tv area that didn't feel boring or basics. There was no damage to any of the pieces when it arrived. The fireplace looks fantastic and puts out a lot of heat. This feels luxury and custom. It really makes warms up the room and makes it feel welcoming. We have kids who love this as well. They enjoyed that the lights change colors and makes it feel more "cozy" for family movie night. Overall, it's stunning and we love it!

One downside is that I haven’t been able to fit all four chairs into the compartment, so I have one floating chair that I’m not sure what to do with. Also one of the latches broke off but it didn’t affect the functionality.

Above Expectations I ordered a custom order sofa. The order was scheduled with an estimated 5 month delivery date. However, the item arrived in 2 months (less a missing storage drawer). The support team notified me of the missing part before the delivery. I must say that showed me a company that put their customers first. In addition, to receive the item early added another star to the review of Hernest! I was given the opportunity to receive a discount or wait the additional months for the drawer. I chose the latter. For this I rate them above expectations. PROS: Now let's talk about this beautiful piece of furniture: Unique, Quality Construction, & Contemporary Design! Love it! Superior Customer Service Team. The agent I dealt with was Hilda. My satisfaction was her utmost goal. CONS: Poor assembly manual, no detail information on # of nuts & screws and what to use where. Which was the cause of user damage durning the assembly. However, again the customer service team was able to resolve the issue of replacing the damaged part. Will continue to look to this company when replacing items in my home.
