Hernest Untrustworthy We bought a small couch that pulls out into a bed from Hernest for almost $900. It’s got almost no cushion anywhere on it. It’s cheap, overpriced , Chinese garbage. We have been trying to return the couch for a week. Every time we call or email they list the same two excuses for not sending a return label. It’s either, “they need to check with their team and shipping company first” or that “they’re emailing a questionnaire for us to fill out”. We have answered all of their questions, questionnaires, and requests for photos. They offered us $300 compensation and we could keep the couch. We don’t want the couch! We want a refund and a return label! When you talk to their representatives, they feel like scammers. They will do what it takes to wear you down so that you’re unable to get refunded. They are trying to wait us out until the 30 day return period is over and we get stuck with a $900 piece of junk. I don’t trust this company.

The ample cabinet space was a pleasant surprise, providing room to store towels, toiletries, and other essentials, helping to keep my bathroom organized and clutter-free. I was also impressed by the responsive and helpful customer service team throughout the purchasing process. Absolutely amazing company Absolutely amazing company! Amazing communication! Amazing customer service! Trustworthy! I have never had such a wonderful experience when purchasing furniture in the past. Hernest sells top quality furniture! My item had some missing pieces and as soon as I contacted them, they quickly sent out the correct pieces. Hilda was the sweet customer service representative that I was working with and she was so sweet and made every effort to make sure that I was happy! I highly recommend this company and I will definitely purchase from them again!

Amazing Customer Experience I ordered a dresser, but unfortunately, it didn't work out for us since it was a pre-order, and I found another option that could be delivered faster. However, I want to highlight that the return process for the dresser was incredibly easy.
