GBPoor Customer Service Sur La Table My boyfriend and I booked an in-person class around 12pm for that evening at 4pm and when we got there were told there “might not be room for us” because our rsvp “just came in” so I was immediately stressed and nervous that I paid so much for a date night that wasn’t even going to happen. We brought our own wine and were told to go put it back in our car they don’t allow it per (Colorado) state law, so we did, just to see another couple in the class was permitted to drink theirs and was doing so during the class. With all this, we were a little thrown off but eased into the class with a welcoming chef and instructions to start cooking. When we were given our steak cuts (the main dinner portion) we had the two SMALLEST pieces of the whole class and felt jipped especially on top of the other unwelcoming treatment. This class did not meet expectations of a romantic date night, nor felt worth the price.

GBOutlet item for Regular price I had ordered 3 mixing bowls and found one of them had a wrong price sticker and big SCRATCH on the bottom like it came from the outlet store. I contacted the customer service and got QR code for the return label. But the QR code was not accepted at the authorized store near me, so I had to drive far to find the UPS store. All things happened because SLT sent me the wrong and damaged item. And it cost me extra money (for gas and time) to return it. Small but it shouldn't be needed and feel not fair at all. I liked the shop before but won't use and recommend anymore. *2024/04/27 I received the replacement mixing bowl, and it has the same conditions, the wrong price sticker and big scratch, AGAIN! I contacted the customer service soon, but no reply from them so far. I just want the mixing bowl on your web site with normal/perfect condition, not the scratch one with the outlet price.

GBOrdered 2 cast iron pans Ordered 2 cast iron pans. Upon arrival I realized I had ordered wrong pans. Called customer service and told them I was sending back products. I was told by 2 DIFFERENT customer service people to use the label on the bottom portion of order information sheet enclosed in box and bring to UPS store. UPS store could not use the labels without charging for the return, 2 boxes totaling $71.70 to return. Placed call to customer service, they said I should have gotten return label with QR code......I WAS NOT GIVEN CORRECT INFO, but too bad for me!! No refund for return shipping. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

GBBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Received an order from Sur LA Table, and several pieces were broken. I immediately called customer service and everything has been resolved within less than 24 hours. I'm extremely impressed with how it all was handled.

GBI called Sur La table this morning to… I called Sur La table this morning to confirm an order placed last evening, in which I never received an order confirmation. Daemon was extremely pleasant in reassuring me that the order was placed and was successful. Not only was he extremely helpful, but answered my call in a very cheerful voice. Which early in the morning surprised me, and I even commented this to him. More people in CS should be as professional as Deamon and eager to help as he was. I’m very great full. Janet Lourian
