Awesome products and customer service! I recently ordered 3 fish spatulas, on the buy 2; get one free deal. Apparently, I did not complete the check-out properly and only two arrived. I contacted Sur La Table and Rafael took care of the problem immediately; no questions asked! I really like Sur La Table, for their quality products and good prices, as well as their customer service! You are dealing with a high-quality company, supported by its conscientious personnel. I called Sur La table this morning to… I called Sur La table this morning to confirm an order placed last evening, in which I never received an order confirmation. Daemon was extremely pleasant in reassuring me that the order was placed and was successful. Not only was he extremely helpful, but answered my call in a very cheerful voice. Which early in the morning surprised me, and I even commented this to him. More people in CS should be as professional as Deamon and eager to help as he was. I’m very great full. Janet Lourian

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Received an order from Sur LA Table, and several pieces were broken. I immediately called customer service and everything has been resolved within less than 24 hours. I'm extremely impressed with how it all was handled.

Poor Customer Service Sur La Table My boyfriend and I booked an in-person class around 12pm for that evening at 4pm and when we got there were told there “might not be room for us” because our rsvp “just came in” so I was immediately stressed and nervous that I paid so much for a date night that wasn’t even going to happen. We brought our own wine and were told to go put it back in our car they don’t allow it per (Colorado) state law, so we did, just to see another couple in the class was permitted to drink theirs and was doing so during the class. With all this, we were a little thrown off but eased into the class with a welcoming chef and instructions to start cooking. When we were given our steak cuts (the main dinner portion) we had the two SMALLEST pieces of the whole class and felt jipped especially on top of the other unwelcoming treatment. This class did not meet expectations of a romantic date night, nor felt worth the price.
