Do not order a product from this company! Do NOT order a product from this company. I ordered a Bonavit coffee maker that "went south" three months after purchase. I contacted La Sur and finally got through to rep who was singularly unhelpful. She told me it was not La Sur's problem, brushed me off, gave me the number for Bonavita and that was it. No help whatsoever. I will NEVER order another product through this company.

Great Customer Service Great Customer Service I had forgotten to apply the coupon code to my order. When I realized it I messaged customer service. They said they couldn’t do anything until my order shipped and gave me a number to call. The young man Adrian was extremely helpful, looked up my order and applied the coupon code. He then told me how much of a refund I would be getting back. I really appreciated his time and help in taking care of this.

Awesome products and customer service! I recently ordered 3 fish spatulas, on the buy 2; get one free deal. Apparently, I did not complete the check-out properly and only two arrived. I contacted Sur La Table and Rafael took care of the problem immediately; no questions asked! I really like Sur La Table, for their quality products and good prices, as well as their customer service! You are dealing with a high-quality company, supported by its conscientious personnel. He was knowledgeable, quick, polite and left me overwhelmed with gratitude! I believe I have never had such a good experience with Customer Service ever! Had a great experience Had a great experience. Bought a pan for my mother for Christmas and ended up not liking it. return window passed and was unable to return to store. Called customer service and they helped me with the return! THANK YOU
