GBGreat Customer Service Great Customer Service I had forgotten to apply the coupon code to my order. When I realized it I messaged customer service. They said they couldn’t do anything until my order shipped and gave me a number to call. The young man Adrian was extremely helpful, looked up my order and applied the coupon code. He then told me how much of a refund I would be getting back. I really appreciated his time and help in taking care of this.

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. We had reserved tickets for a cooking class, but came down with an illness the day of the event. Sur la Table refunded our purchase without question. We’re sad to miss the class, but glad that we’ll be able to rebook without issue

GBI purchased a set of 6 wine glasses for my daughter and son-in-law I purchased a set of 6 wine glasses for my daughter and son-in-laws second anniversary. One arrived damaged. I called and Itzel quickly helped me by arranging for a replacement to be sent at no cost - totally hassle free! Itzel was very courteous and professional. Thanks for making my gift right!

GBSur La Table Customer Service Ineffective I’ve tried three times to order a Le Creuset Buffet Casserole and each time it’s been cancelled. Having reached out to their customer service area, I was told the order was cancelled and no other explanation. I could see the orders when they were placed and the order numbers and then shortly thereafter they were cancelled. You would think customer service would be able to tell you why the order was cancelled but it was plainly obvious that they didn’t want to go the extra step to determine why. This item was to be a bridal shower gift for my daughter and now it looks like I’ll have to go elsewhere to make my purchase. Very disappointing!!
