I contacted Sur La Table and Rafael took care of the problem immediately; no questions asked! I really like Sur La Table, for their quality products and good prices, as well as their customer service! You are dealing with a high-quality company, supported by its conscientious personnel. GBOutlet item for Regular price I had ordered 3 mixing bowls and found one of them had a wrong price sticker and big SCRATCH on the bottom like it came from the outlet store. I contacted the customer service and got QR code for the return label. But the QR code was not accepted at the authorized store near me, so I had to drive far to find the UPS store. All things happened because SLT sent me the wrong and damaged item. And it cost me extra money (for gas and time) to return it. Small but it shouldn't be needed and feel not fair at all. I liked the shop before but won't use and recommend anymore. *2024/04/27 I received the replacement mixing bowl, and it has the same conditions, the wrong price sticker and big scratch, AGAIN! I contacted the customer service soon, but no reply from them so far. I just want the mixing bowl on your web site with normal/perfect condition, not the scratch one with the outlet price.

GBDo not order a product from this company! Do NOT order a product from this company. I ordered a Bonavit coffee maker that "went south" three months after purchase. I contacted La Sur and finally got through to rep who was singularly unhelpful. She told me it was not La Sur's problem, brushed me off, gave me the number for Bonavita and that was it. No help whatsoever. I will NEVER order another product through this company.

GBOrdered 2 cast iron pans Ordered 2 cast iron pans. Upon arrival I realized I had ordered wrong pans. Called customer service and told them I was sending back products. I was told by 2 DIFFERENT customer service people to use the label on the bottom portion of order information sheet enclosed in box and bring to UPS store. UPS store could not use the labels without charging for the return, 2 boxes totaling $71.70 to return. Placed call to customer service, they said I should have gotten return label with QR code......I WAS NOT GIVEN CORRECT INFO, but too bad for me!! No refund for return shipping. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

GBPoor Quality Sur La Table product I received a gift of a Sur La Table brand enameled cast iron cook pot. Within less than one year there were over 7 chips on the bottom and one on the handle. Previously, I had been using a Le Creuset pot for over 40 years with no such damage. Because I wanted a color Le Creuset did not have, I chose the Sur La Table, thinking the quality would be similar. When I wrote and sent photos to SLT, they declined to replace my pot. I will never purchase another pot from them, as the quality is inferior.
