GBOutlet item for Regular price I had ordered 3 mixing bowls and found one of them had a wrong price sticker and big SCRATCH on the bottom like it came from the outlet store. I contacted the customer service and got QR code for the return label. But the QR code was not accepted at the authorized store near me, so I had to drive far to find the UPS store. All things happened because SLT sent me the wrong and damaged item. And it cost me extra money (for gas and time) to return it. Small but it shouldn't be needed and feel not fair at all. I liked the shop before but won't use and recommend anymore. *2024/04/27 I received the replacement mixing bowl, and it has the same conditions, the wrong price sticker and big scratch, AGAIN! I contacted the customer service soon, but no reply from them so far. I just want the mixing bowl on your web site with normal/perfect condition, not the scratch one with the outlet price.

GBGrumpy Nasty management at Boca Raton… For the second time at the Boca Raton store we experienced grumpy and nasty staff. We went in to take our second cooking class. We have enjoyed both of the chefs in these classes. However management at the store leaves a lot to be desired. We have decided we will not return. We had a $10 credit from a class that they canceled a year ago. Our friends called up and got there refund in 3 minutes. It took them 40 minutes to come up with a way to give us our $10. In every way this business is mismanaged.

GBAwesome products and customer service! I recently ordered 3 fish spatulas, on the buy 2; get one free deal. Apparently, I did not complete the check-out properly and only two arrived. I contacted Sur La Table and Rafael took care of the problem immediately; no questions asked! I really like Sur La Table, for their quality products and good prices, as well as their customer service! You are dealing with a high-quality company, supported by its conscientious personnel. GBTerrible online order policy! Terrible online order policy! I just went to the Palo Alto, CA retail store to pick up a promo item that was purchased five days ago and was told that online orders are refunded after four days if not picked up. It’s not like there is a SLT store on every corner! Furthermore, when asked if I can just repurchase it since I’m there they would not honor the the price I paid but would happily charge me the full retail. This is the kind of customer service they sends businesses to the grave. Needless to say I’ve unsubscribed and won’t be purchasing anything from SLT again.

GBMy 6 bistro bowls arrived today My 6 bistro bowls arrived today, unfortunately 1 bowl was damaged. I called CS & Itzel took care of the issue smoothly & quickly! I was ready to send pictures I took of damaged bowl, but was told it’s not necessary. Itzel generated a replacement order for the one bowl & I should receive it in the next 5 business days. Then she made sure I received an email detailing our conversation & next steps. Itzel handled all quickly & professionally.
