Awesome products and customer service! I recently ordered 3 fish spatulas, on the buy 2; get one free deal. Apparently, I did not complete the check-out properly and only two arrived. I contacted Sur La Table and Rafael took care of the problem immediately; no questions asked! I really like Sur La Table, for their quality products and good prices, as well as their customer service! You are dealing with a high-quality company, supported by its conscientious personnel. Do not order a product from this company! Do NOT order a product from this company. I ordered a Bonavit coffee maker that "went south" three months after purchase. I contacted La Sur and finally got through to rep who was singularly unhelpful. She told me it was not La Sur's problem, brushed me off, gave me the number for Bonavita and that was it. No help whatsoever. I will NEVER order another product through this company.

I called Sur La table this morning to… I called Sur La table this morning to confirm an order placed last evening, in which I never received an order confirmation. Daemon was extremely pleasant in reassuring me that the order was placed and was successful. Not only was he extremely helpful, but answered my call in a very cheerful voice. Which early in the morning surprised me, and I even commented this to him. More people in CS should be as professional as Deamon and eager to help as he was. I’m very great full. Janet Lourian

Cast-iron skillet bliss I ordered a cast-iron skillet on Black Friday, and I learned later that the item was discontinued. Sur La Table's Christopher helped me find a comparable product in a different color and honored the holiday sales price. I'm extremely grateful to Christopher and the company for doing so. My wife is sure to enjoy this Christmas gift as she loves cooking with Le Creuset products. Many thanks!
