Sur La Table Customer Service Ineffective I’ve tried three times to order a Le Creuset Buffet Casserole and each time it’s been cancelled. Having reached out to their customer service area, I was told the order was cancelled and no other explanation. I could see the orders when they were placed and the order numbers and then shortly thereafter they were cancelled. You would think customer service would be able to tell you why the order was cancelled but it was plainly obvious that they didn’t want to go the extra step to determine why. This item was to be a bridal shower gift for my daughter and now it looks like I’ll have to go elsewhere to make my purchase. Very disappointing!!

Ordered 2 cast iron pans Ordered 2 cast iron pans. Upon arrival I realized I had ordered wrong pans. Called customer service and told them I was sending back products. I was told by 2 DIFFERENT customer service people to use the label on the bottom portion of order information sheet enclosed in box and bring to UPS store. UPS store could not use the labels without charging for the return, 2 boxes totaling $71.70 to return. Placed call to customer service, they said I should have gotten return label with QR code......I WAS NOT GIVEN CORRECT INFO, but too bad for me!! No refund for return shipping. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

Grumpy Nasty management at Boca Raton… For the second time at the Boca Raton store we experienced grumpy and nasty staff. We went in to take our second cooking class. We have enjoyed both of the chefs in these classes. However management at the store leaves a lot to be desired. We have decided we will not return. We had a $10 credit from a class that they canceled a year ago. Our friends called up and got there refund in 3 minutes. It took them 40 minutes to come up with a way to give us our $10. In every way this business is mismanaged.

My 6 bistro bowls arrived today My 6 bistro bowls arrived today, unfortunately 1 bowl was damaged. I called CS & Itzel took care of the issue smoothly & quickly! I was ready to send pictures I took of damaged bowl, but was told it’s not necessary. Itzel generated a replacement order for the one bowl & I should receive it in the next 5 business days. Then she made sure I received an email detailing our conversation & next steps. Itzel handled all quickly & professionally.

I called Sur La table this morning to… I called Sur La table this morning to confirm an order placed last evening, in which I never received an order confirmation. Daemon was extremely pleasant in reassuring me that the order was placed and was successful. Not only was he extremely helpful, but answered my call in a very cheerful voice. Which early in the morning surprised me, and I even commented this to him. More people in CS should be as professional as Deamon and eager to help as he was. I’m very great full. Janet Lourian
