Chris from Sur La Table was WONDERFUL… Chris from Sur La Table was WONDERFUL in handling my inquiry regarding "warped" lids on the Staub mini pumpkin cocottes I ordered. He was knowledgeable, quick, polite and left me overwhelmed with gratitude! I believe I have never had such a good experience with Customer Service ever! Cast-iron skillet bliss I ordered a cast-iron skillet on Black Friday, and I learned later that the item was discontinued. Sur La Table's Christopher helped me find a comparable product in a different color and honored the holiday sales price. I'm extremely grateful to Christopher and the company for doing so. My wife is sure to enjoy this Christmas gift as she loves cooking with Le Creuset products. Many thanks!

Awesome products and customer service! I recently ordered 3 fish spatulas, on the buy 2; get one free deal. Apparently, I did not complete the check-out properly and only two arrived. I contacted Sur La Table and Rafael took care of the problem immediately; no questions asked! I really like Sur La Table, for their quality products and good prices, as well as their customer service! You are dealing with a high-quality company, supported by its conscientious personnel. I called Sur La table this morning to… I called Sur La table this morning to confirm an order placed last evening, in which I never received an order confirmation. Daemon was extremely pleasant in reassuring me that the order was placed and was successful. Not only was he extremely helpful, but answered my call in a very cheerful voice. Which early in the morning surprised me, and I even commented this to him. More people in CS should be as professional as Deamon and eager to help as he was. I’m very great full. Janet Lourian

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Received an order from Sur LA Table, and several pieces were broken. I immediately called customer service and everything has been resolved within less than 24 hours. I'm extremely impressed with how it all was handled.
