My 6 bistro bowls arrived today My 6 bistro bowls arrived today, unfortunately 1 bowl was damaged. I called CS & Itzel took care of the issue smoothly & quickly! I was ready to send pictures I took of damaged bowl, but was told it’s not necessary. Itzel generated a replacement order for the one bowl & I should receive it in the next 5 business days. Then she made sure I received an email detailing our conversation & next steps. Itzel handled all quickly & professionally.

Cast-iron skillet bliss I ordered a cast-iron skillet on Black Friday, and I learned later that the item was discontinued. Sur La Table's Christopher helped me find a comparable product in a different color and honored the holiday sales price. I'm extremely grateful to Christopher and the company for doing so. My wife is sure to enjoy this Christmas gift as she loves cooking with Le Creuset products. Many thanks!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Received an order from Sur LA Table, and several pieces were broken. I immediately called customer service and everything has been resolved within less than 24 hours. I'm extremely impressed with how it all was handled.

Problem resolved We originally had a shipping problem but their customer service resolved th eissue with a refund.

Chris from Sur La Table was WONDERFUL… Chris from Sur La Table was WONDERFUL in handling my inquiry regarding "warped" lids on the Staub mini pumpkin cocottes I ordered. He was knowledgeable, quick, polite and left me overwhelmed with gratitude! I believe I have never had such a good experience with Customer Service ever!
