I contacted Sur La Table and Rafael took care of the problem immediately; no questions asked! GBPoor Customer Service Sur La Table My boyfriend and I booked an in-person class around 12pm for that evening at 4pm and when we got there were told there “might not be room for us” because our rsvp “just came in” so I was immediately stressed and nervous that I paid so much for a date night that wasn’t even going to happen. We brought our own wine and were told to go put it back in our car they don’t allow it per (Colorado) state law, so we did, just to see another couple in the class was permitted to drink theirs and was doing so during the class. With all this, we were a little thrown off but eased into the class with a welcoming chef and instructions to start cooking. When we were given our steak cuts (the main dinner portion) we had the two SMALLEST pieces of the whole class and felt jipped especially on top of the other unwelcoming treatment. This class did not meet expectations of a romantic date night, nor felt worth the price.

GBGreat Customer Service Great Customer Service I had forgotten to apply the coupon code to my order. When I realized it I messaged customer service. They said they couldn’t do anything until my order shipped and gave me a number to call. The young man Adrian was extremely helpful, looked up my order and applied the coupon code. He then told me how much of a refund I would be getting back. I really appreciated his time and help in taking care of this.

GBBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Received an order from Sur LA Table, and several pieces were broken. I immediately called customer service and everything has been resolved within less than 24 hours. I'm extremely impressed with how it all was handled.
