Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. We had reserved tickets for a cooking class, but came down with an illness the day of the event. Sur la Table refunded our purchase without question. We’re sad to miss the class, but glad that we’ll be able to rebook without issue

Grumpy Nasty management at Boca Raton… For the second time at the Boca Raton store we experienced grumpy and nasty staff. We went in to take our second cooking class. We have enjoyed both of the chefs in these classes. However management at the store leaves a lot to be desired. We have decided we will not return. We had a $10 credit from a class that they canceled a year ago. Our friends called up and got there refund in 3 minutes. It took them 40 minutes to come up with a way to give us our $10. In every way this business is mismanaged.

Chris from Sur La Table was WONDERFUL… Chris from Sur La Table was WONDERFUL in handling my inquiry regarding "warped" lids on the Staub mini pumpkin cocottes I ordered. He was knowledgeable, quick, polite and left me overwhelmed with gratitude! I believe I have never had such a good experience with Customer Service ever! Sur La Table, Chris deserves a raise and a promotion!! Thank you Chris!

Awesome products and customer service! I recently ordered 3 fish spatulas, on the buy 2; get one free deal. Apparently, I did not complete the check-out properly and only two arrived. I contacted Sur La Table and Rafael took care of the problem immediately; no questions asked! I really like Sur La Table, for their quality products and good prices, as well as their customer service! You are dealing with a high-quality company, supported by its conscientious personnel. I purchased a set of 6 wine glasses for my daughter and son-in-law I purchased a set of 6 wine glasses for my daughter and son-in-laws second anniversary. One arrived damaged. I called and Itzel quickly helped me by arranging for a replacement to be sent at no cost - totally hassle free! Itzel was very courteous and professional. Thanks for making my gift right!
