Awesome products and customer service! I recently ordered 3 fish spatulas, on the buy 2; get one free deal. Apparently, I did not complete the check-out properly and only two arrived. I contacted Sur La Table and Rafael took care of the problem immediately; no questions asked! I really like Sur La Table, for their quality products and good prices, as well as their customer service! You are dealing with a high-quality company, supported by its conscientious personnel. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Received an order from Sur LA Table, and several pieces were broken. I immediately called customer service and everything has been resolved within less than 24 hours. I'm extremely impressed with how it all was handled.

Great Customer Service Great Customer Service I had forgotten to apply the coupon code to my order. When I realized it I messaged customer service. They said they couldn’t do anything until my order shipped and gave me a number to call. The young man Adrian was extremely helpful, looked up my order and applied the coupon code. He then told me how much of a refund I would be getting back. I really appreciated his time and help in taking care of this.

Grumpy Nasty management at Boca Raton… For the second time at the Boca Raton store we experienced grumpy and nasty staff. We went in to take our second cooking class. We have enjoyed both of the chefs in these classes. However management at the store leaves a lot to be desired. We have decided we will not return. We had a $10 credit from a class that they canceled a year ago. Our friends called up and got there refund in 3 minutes. It took them 40 minutes to come up with a way to give us our $10. In every way this business is mismanaged.

I purchased a set of 6 wine glasses for my daughter and son-in-law I purchased a set of 6 wine glasses for my daughter and son-in-laws second anniversary. One arrived damaged.
