Cast-iron skillet bliss I ordered a cast-iron skillet on Black Friday, and I learned later that the item was discontinued. Sur La Table's Christopher helped me find a comparable product in a different color and honored the holiday sales price. I'm extremely grateful to Christopher and the company for doing so. My wife is sure to enjoy this Christmas gift as she loves cooking with Le Creuset products. Many thanks!

Awesome products and customer service! I recently ordered 3 fish spatulas, on the buy 2; get one free deal. Apparently, I did not complete the check-out properly and only two arrived. I contacted Sur La Table and Rafael took care of the problem immediately; no questions asked! I really like Sur La Table, for their quality products and good prices, as well as their customer service! You are dealing with a high-quality company, supported by its conscientious personnel. Great Customer Service Great Customer Service I had forgotten to apply the coupon code to my order. When I realized it I messaged customer service. They said they couldn’t do anything until my order shipped and gave me a number to call. The young man Adrian was extremely helpful, looked up my order and applied the coupon code. He then told me how much of a refund I would be getting back. I really appreciated his time and help in taking care of this.

My 6 bistro bowls arrived today My 6 bistro bowls arrived today, unfortunately 1 bowl was damaged. I called CS & Itzel took care of the issue smoothly & quickly! I was ready to send pictures I took of damaged bowl, but was told it’s not necessary. Itzel generated a replacement order for the one bowl & I should receive it in the next 5 business days. Then she made sure I received an email detailing our conversation & next steps. Itzel handled all quickly & professionally.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Received an order from Sur LA Table, and several pieces were broken. I immediately called customer service and everything has been resolved within less than 24 hours. I'm extremely impressed with how it all was handled.
