Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. We had reserved tickets for a cooking class, but came down with an illness the day of the event. Sur la Table refunded our purchase without question. We’re sad to miss the class, but glad that we’ll be able to rebook without issue

I purchased a set of 6 wine glasses for my daughter and son-in-law I purchased a set of 6 wine glasses for my daughter and son-in-laws second anniversary. One arrived damaged. Great Customer Service Great Customer Service I had forgotten to apply the coupon code to my order. When I realized it I messaged customer service. They said they couldn’t do anything until my order shipped and gave me a number to call. The young man Adrian was extremely helpful, looked up my order and applied the coupon code. He then told me how much of a refund I would be getting back. I really appreciated his time and help in taking care of this.

Problem resolved We originally had a shipping problem but their customer service resolved th eissue with a refund.
