Cast-iron skillet bliss I ordered a cast-iron skillet on Black Friday, and I learned later that the item was discontinued. Sur La Table's Christopher helped me find a comparable product in a different color and honored the holiday sales price. I'm extremely grateful to Christopher and the company for doing so. Great Customer Service Great Customer Service I had forgotten to apply the coupon code to my order. When I realized it I messaged customer service. They said they couldn’t do anything until my order shipped and gave me a number to call. The young man Adrian was extremely helpful, looked up my order and applied the coupon code. He then told me how much of a refund I would be getting back. I really appreciated his time and help in taking care of this.
