Problem resolved We originally had a shipping problem but their customer service resolved th eissue with a refund.

Outlet item for Regular price I had ordered 3 mixing bowls and found one of them had a wrong price sticker and big SCRATCH on the bottom like it came from the outlet store. I contacted the customer service and got QR code for the return label. But the QR code was not accepted at the authorized store near me, so I had to drive far to find the UPS store. All things happened because SLT sent me the wrong and damaged item. And it cost me extra money (for gas and time) to return it. Small but it shouldn't be needed and feel not fair at all. I liked the shop before but won't use and recommend anymore. *2024/04/27 I received the replacement mixing bowl, and it has the same conditions, the wrong price sticker and big scratch, AGAIN! I contacted the customer service soon, but no reply from them so far. I just want the mixing bowl on your web site with normal/perfect condition, not the scratch one with the outlet price.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. We had reserved tickets for a cooking class, but came down with an illness the day of the event. Sur la Table refunded our purchase without question. We’re sad to miss the class, but glad that we’ll be able to rebook without issue

Awesome products and customer service! I recently ordered 3 fish spatulas, on the buy 2; get one free deal. Apparently, I did not complete the check-out properly and only two arrived. I contacted Sur La Table and Rafael took care of the problem immediately; no questions asked! I really like Sur La Table, for their quality products and good prices, as well as their customer service! You are dealing with a high-quality company, supported by its conscientious personnel.
