The pictures of the cabinets grossly… The pictures of the cabinets grossly misrepresent the product you will receive. Go elsewhere! The shaker cabinets I received have a massive gap between the drawer/door panel and shaker pieces surrounding it, allowing for dust and food to gather in these gaps. I can easily drop a dime into this gap. Imagine spilling wine and how much this gap will hold! Impossible to clean without a butter knife and rag and scratching. I called regarding this and was told “that gap is in all shaker cabinets, it’s just the way they all are”.. as if I’ve never seen shaker cabinets before and don’t know this is wrong and poor construction. To return, I’m responsible for shipping arrangements and cost and also a 25% restocking fee. I’m pretty much screwed. I’ll be leaving pictures and reviews everywhere I can so hopefully no one else makes the mistake of spending thousands on disappointment.

Helping rebuild my home after Hurrican Ian After Ian flooded my home with 18" of water, my cabinet boxes stood tall due to meticulous installation. The cabinet doors did not fare so well. She patiently accommodated my requests for replacement doors, revision after revision, until my order passed muster with the insurance company. Then, she had my order ready so that I could place it with just a few clicks. I can not thank her enough for her time, patience, and consideration.

We purchased an entire kitchen of white… We purchased an entire kitchen of white shaker cabinets. The positives were that the designer was very helpful. The negatives were that there are just about zero instructions for how things go and the cabinets that were supposed to be numbered in order of installation were not correct, ALL wrong. Also the small items like trim, wall spacers and touch up kits are outrageously priced. Review your order carefully.

Go Gramercy! We bought gramercy white rta cabinets for a 10x10 kitchen using a 20% off coupon. Price was much better than local big box atore as was the selection. My contractor was very impressed! All wood construction, easy assembly, and finishes were great. The corner cabinet had been open and repacked and was missing clips. Customer service sent new ones after we emailed photos and spoke with a rep about the problem. The assembly directions are extremely vague, and in some boxes missing. Being a visionary with a good sense of building is a must for assembly.

Two projects - Unending quality service!! I've used Kitchen Cabinet Kings on two projects now. One was very quick and handled seamlessly. The other was held up on our side with a kitchen remodel that went on for years. The service was never ending from the Kitchen Cabinet Kings team. They went above and beyond and helped us immensely. We live in a remote part of the states and shipping is challenging. Everyone we dealt with is wonderful. We'll never buy cabinets from another resource.
