Their sales team gave me misleading information at the time of purchasing the items and then they did not let me return those items. Had to get my attorney involved. Do not engage with this company! They will steal your money and run!

After care is horrible After care is horrible. My new gas cooktop was missing 2 of the rubber bumpers off the grate when I received it. It was reported immediately by the installer. I was told it would take them 22 days to be received in country. More than 3 months later I have not received the parts. I have been told they are not a common warranty item and are hard to get. We asked them to give us some off a display in the showroom and the answer was no. I have had to resort to cutting up a silicone baking utensils to make a spacer for the grate so I can use half of my cooktop.

I order without problems We ordered household appliances here a couple of times. There were no problems with delivery and warranty. I'm fine with the cheating here.
