Best online retailer I’ve ever worked with This was honestly the best on line shopping experience I have ever had. I would give 10 stars if it were an option. The item I purchased was back ordered and delayed due to circumstances out of their control however Maria consistently keep me updated and responded to questions on weekends and after hours. Ultimately I got my item earlier than I expected. I will not hesitate to buy from La Cuisine again.

I love it I love it! Fit and finish are excellent (as is expected from Henckels). I really like the pivoting base for easy access from anywhere on the countertop. Unfortunately, I'll have to modify it to accept my second Henckels cleaver (I have both meat and vegetable cleavers), but I knew that before I ordered it, so that's no reflection on either Henckels nor La Cuisine. Overall, I'm really happy with it. (did I mention that the finish is really nice?)

Very professional Very professional in their communications with customers. They were out of an item that I had purchased online, and they wrote a very nice apology email; not a canned one, it was personal. Overall happy with their service.

5 star customer service For a great price and free shipping I was able to get my favorite Italian appliances for much less than buying them locally. 5 stars for customer service and communication. The shipping company got it here 2 days later than promised and charged La Cuisine $50 additional to put the correct address on the shipment. 2 stars for those trucker guys, but again, La Cuisine covered the $50 address correction and called me to update me on progress so that I was not bothered with it. Another 5 stars for that. Thanks, La Cuisine Appliances!
