Which means you're going to need to double or triple stack bottles and therefore cannot pull the racks out. Also, at this time Vinotemp is not offering extra racks. Not a big deal (and was known when I bought it). Highly suggest investing in a winecellar app to keep straight what's what on each rack. Also the led lighting is button operated and not on a door switch. Struggling in understanding why for that design element..

The black metal case of the freezer is not smooth, not straight and bumpy. Company tried to blame transportation company for the damages but frankly, transport cannot cause all these damages. It is poor quality and bad QC in the manufacturing process of the unit. Bought this unit on March 24, 2020. Ask for white glove delivery and finally received it on April 21, 2020. So disappointed at this company. Minus 5 star.

I am still waiting for response for the parts ordered that I need to return because the technician that the Vinotemp appliance is beyond repair so I would to get my money back for a part that i can not use. So I would like instructions on how to do that. Waiting for response. I would appreciate a response ASAP.

This product would get 5 stars from me This product would get 5 stars from me, if it wasn't for the insanely loud fan, coming on every 15 minutes or so. The good news is that the wine cooler as a whole is very well built, solid shelves, good seal, dual temp controls keep it within 1 degree of set temp, it looks good, it cools perfectly, it even fits in excess of the 46 bottles advertised, if you have some skinny ice wine bottles included, it's just a great product and even the compressor itself is super quiet. All that for less than a grand, amazing.. Now about that fan, we replaced it with a high end ultra quiet DC fan of same capacity and the unit is perfect now. Only wish it came like that from the factory.

No Service available in Ontario, Canada When we ordered new kitchen cabinets, I had purchased Vinotemp 32 bottle wine cooler. After 5 years wine cooler stopped working. I called Vinotemp and inquired about the repair facility in Toronto, Canada area. The technician gave me 2 names, and unfortunately both companies do not repair Vinotemp wine coolers. I called many Appliance repair companies, and so far could not find any that work with Vinotemp. So if you are in Canada (Ontario), DO NOT BUY VINOTEMP. We are left with useless appliance now, since we cannot find another wine cooler that will fit the space. Very disappointed with the service.
