GBGreat Customer Service - Richard was patient and amazing Richard was patient and amazing. He guided me through the troubleshooting process via the online chat. The process involved several back and forth to the wine refrigerator to test different areas and report back. He sent me videos and diagrams via email to help the process. He identified the problem to the Control Board after three tests. Ordered the part. Arrived in 4 business days. Replaced it yesterday after watching the video he sent. Took about 45 minutes. Everything is back to normal. Thank you.

GBVinotemp Motor Noise Vinotemp layout is difficult, the bottles in the back are hard to retrieve. Biggest complaint is the noise in the motor when the Compressor kicks on. Hard to describe but best description is it sounds like Whales communicating with each other. I did open a ticket, but asked to record the sounds which is quite difficult. Send a Technician or we may have to return our purchase.

GBCustomer service sucked Customer service sucked took forever to reply to me. Then they pretty much told me too bad we dont make that door anymore deal with it it was horrible for an item that costs 4000 dollars thats useless to me now because they dont have the part in their inventory

GBREAD REVIEW BEFORE YOU BUY READ REVIEW BEFORE YOU BUY. In the process of dispute. Quality of the Vinotemp freezer - the workmanship is bad!! The black metal case of the freezer is not smooth, not straight and bumpy. Company tried to blame transportation company for the damages but frankly, transport cannot cause all these damages. It is poor quality and bad QC in the manufacturing process of the unit. Bought this unit on March 24, 2020. Ask for white glove delivery and finally received it on April 21, 2020. So disappointed at this company. Minus 5 star.

GBReplaced old Vino and new one working great Had a 15 year old machine fried by the power company not knowing how to upgrade street transformers. Bought replacement and enjoying it. Slightly smaller than old, but the metal shelves are more forgiving to the various sizes of bottle, hence we're actually storing about the same amount as before. A few months in, and it's all working great.
