No Service available in Ontario, Canada When we ordered new kitchen cabinets, I had purchased Vinotemp 32 bottle wine cooler. After 5 years wine cooler stopped working. I called Vinotemp and inquired about the repair facility in Toronto, Canada area. The technician gave me 2 names, and unfortunately both companies do not repair Vinotemp wine coolers. I called many Appliance repair companies, and so far could not find any that work with Vinotemp. So if you are in Canada (Ontario), DO NOT BUY VINOTEMP. We are left with useless appliance now, since we cannot find another wine cooler that will fit the space. Very disappointed with the service.

Replaced old Vino and new one working great Had a 15 year old machine fried by the power company not knowing how to upgrade street transformers. Bought replacement and enjoying it. Slightly smaller than old, but the metal shelves are more forgiving to the various sizes of bottle, hence we're actually storing about the same amount as before. A few months in, and it's all working great.

I have been quite disappointed in the… I have been quite disappointed in the amount of noise made by the compressor- sounds like the wind whistling at a sound level that is more than our dishwasher when it is running. This had been a similar problem with a less expensive unit from NewAire that we bought and returned. Looks like the Vinotemp Beverage cooler is the same unit but with better touch screen controls. Will be discussing this with Vinotemp. Hopefully it can be improved.

Good for average consumer. Nice unit, but 300 bottles is a stretch - filling to 300 capacity will requiring stacking bottles 4-5 bottles high, two stacks deep (front to back). To retrieve a bottle in the middle of the front stack will require removing bottles on top of one another. If bottle is in the back stack, more bottles to remove and not break! ~230-240 Bordeaux bottles is more accurate (2-high, 2-deep = 30 per shelf)... but this will also require removing bottles to retrieve as the shelves cannot be pulled out due to the weight of 30 bottles and likely slippage of bottles stacked on one another. Temp gauge not accurate. Had to increase/decrease temp settings to get the refrigerator to the appropriate temp using an external temp guage.

Discontinuing replacement parts Bought a 155-bottle Vinotemp from Costco in 2017 and the appliance tech today advised me I needed to order a new control panel since the temperature settings won't stay steady. Vinotech support advised me the cost would be $129; but, unfortunately, that part is now discontinued! Who discontinues replacement parts on products less than 10 years old? A new 155-bottle unit now costs $2,800. Guess they think they can boost sales by not supporting previous customers. Not a good way to do business!
