GBVinotemp Excellent Customer Service. I had a high temp alarm with our VinoTemp wine cooler we bought from Costco about 6 years ago. I contacted them via their online chat tool and the technician (Richard) helped narrow my search, provided some repair sources and sent me the service manual. I was able to locate the bad component and called him back to help verify and order a replacement part. He gave me some tips on disassembly/reassembly and the part arrived within 4 days of placing the order (even with a pandemic going on). I can't say enough good things about their service and support. Customer for life!!

GBNever respond to the phone calls or emails Never respond to the phone calls, do not respond for the emails. I am still waiting for response for the parts ordered that I need to return because the technician that the Vinotemp appliance is beyond repair so I would to get my money back for a part that i can not use. So I would like instructions on how to do that. Waiting for response. I would appreciate a response ASAP.

GBThis product would get 5 stars from me This product would get 5 stars from me, if it wasn't for the insanely loud fan, coming on every 15 minutes or so. The good news is that the wine cooler as a whole is very well built, solid shelves, good seal, dual temp controls keep it within 1 degree of set temp, it looks good, it cools perfectly, it even fits in excess of the 46 bottles advertised, if you have some skinny ice wine bottles included, it's just a great product and even the compressor itself is super quiet. All that for less than a grand, amazing.. Now about that fan, we replaced it with a high end ultra quiet DC fan of same capacity and the unit is perfect now. Only wish it came like that from the factory.

GBVery Happy with our new Vinotemp The wine Vinotemp fridge arrived well-boxed, was easy to move into it's new space in our basement kitchen, and after several months it has operated without any problems. It makes standard compressor sounds, as all such appliances do. Its stainless and glass door with wooden shelf fronts looks great. We typically have 25-30 bottles on hand, so it's the right size for us.

GBVinotemp Motor Noise Vinotemp layout is difficult, the bottles in the back are hard to retrieve. Biggest complaint is the noise in the motor when the Compressor kicks on. Hard to describe but best description is it sounds like Whales communicating with each other. I did open a ticket, but asked to record the sounds which is quite difficult. Send a Technician or we may have to return our purchase.
