I receive the Hakai Chef Cleaver Knife… I receive the Hakai Chef Cleaver Knife on Friday 4/20/2024. Trying to use the knife for simply cutting peppers, onions, carrots, etc. I found this knife to be very heavy and awkward to use for simple slicing and dicing. Due to its weight, it felt very dangerous while performing simple food prep procedures. I am going to return this product for a full refund.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Received delivery confirmation and within 4 hours I reported knife not recd. Was told to give it a few more hours. After sending another email to Seido was told to take it up with USPS. I did purchase delivery insurance although this doesn’t seem to matter. Would not recommend ordering online

Wow. I didn't know they made high quality kitchen knives Our first venture into quality kitchen knives. Honestly, I didn't know a knife could be this sharp. It cuts everything very smoothly. Excellent quality. My only regret is I didn't take advantage of the other handle colors. We have black, which looks great but I can see now the way the knife is designed, other colors would look fantastic. Still, no complaints; a great product.

Bought a shears which said Japanese… Bought a shears which said Japanese steel but the box says made in China be very careful ordering from them. There's a 20% restocking fee plus you have to pay for shipping. They're a scam. You can't write reviews on their website

The knives are very poor quality The knives are very poor quality. The handles of the knives separated from the blades within the first 3 months of using the knives. Seller would not work to provide replacement knives because I am out of the 30 day return policy even though it is a defective set. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE KNIVES OR ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY.
