GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Received delivery confirmation and within 4 hours I reported knife not recd. Was told to give it a few more hours. After sending another email to Seido was told to take it up with USPS. I did purchase delivery insurance although this doesn’t seem to matter. Would not recommend ordering online

GBThese knives are nothing like what they… These knives are nothing like what they look like on the website. Cheap materials and construction immediately made me want a refund. What you don’t realize is that force you to pay shipping to Canada to return them which runs about 80$ and they only offered a fractional refund on top of that. Junk and poor customer service…. I’m amazed they are still scamming people into buying them.

GBThese knives arrived in great packaging… These knives arrived in great packaging and with obvious care. So I am not sure what some of the reviewers are referring to when they comment on the receipt of their package. As for the knives themselves, I have absolutely no complaints. I love them!

GBThe knives are very poor quality The knives are very poor quality. The handles of the knives separated from the blades within the first 3 months of using the knives. Seller would not work to provide replacement knives because I am out of the 30 day return policy even though it is a defective set. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE KNIVES OR ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY.
