Nice vanity. Great customer service. Other than a defective sink, the quality of the vanity is very good. Customer service at MTD is exceptional. They are replacing our sink and shipping it so that it arrives when it is convenient for us.

After 18 months the cartridge in the… After 18 months the cartridge in the faucet has started to leak. They do not sell sell replacement parts and no plumbing supplier (i Have been to two pro shops) has even heard of the brand name of the part?! I'm told by MTD vanitiesI have to buy a whole faucet again.

Order processed but out of stock Order processed. Then I received a call withn an hour or so from MTD saying he order should not have processed because the products were out of stock. Ok . Understand these things happen. However, I was told on that call that the credit card charge wold be credited but it may take weeks to see the credit! It is 3+ weeks and no credit yet.
