NEEDS IMPROVEMENT We've been shopping on and off at Between the Sheets since it opened over 25 years ago. The quality of the merchandise is great, however, the items are WAY over priced. The store is decorated beautifully. The employees are moderately friendly and helpful. They need to be trained in better customer service. The return policy sucks. Basically there is no return policy.

Love the quality of the sheets and comforters. Love the quality of the sheets. The only place I could find the color I love, blush, for many years, although no longer available which makes me very sad. The comforter and pillow quality is the best quality I have found ever. And I love the candles that Between the Sheets has custom made--my favorite being the Stella candle. Their customer service is always excellent and the merchandising of products is beautiful.

Sheets are 1 star, store and items 5 I bought many items at the location at Newport off PCH. It was hard to figure a rating. I felt the workers were very friendly and everything I bought held up fantastic. I bought a wooden bowl I was able to make in to a custom sink which looks fantastic and the lighter I bought is the BEST lighter for candles I have ever purchased! Looks great and completely durable. They would have a hard five stars but here is the problem. It’s called Between the Sheets and the absolute WORST product they carry are the sheets. No warranty, no money back or exchange. I spent over two grand on sheets because I purchased two sets to rotate. Both sets the fitted sheets shredded and got holes. You can’t just purchase a fitted sheet, you have to buy another set. I have purchased many sheets over the years, both expensive and cheap and these are the only ones that shred, tear along seems and get holes. Note: they don’t allow reviews from more than 1 year.

I love the merchandise and amazingly … I love the merchandise and amazingly friendly and helpful sales assistants. They are awesome!!! I don't understand and dislike the "SALE" policies - they look counterproductive to me. For example, you get a" great sale" coupon and then you realize that you can only buy pillow cases or sheets on sale but not shams or covers. I can't seems to get a whole set if I want to buy everything at once on sale. Or they would have 30% discount on a pillow case set but only 10-20% discount or no discount on a matching duvet. I hate to piecemeal my purchases- to buy one item on sale today and a matching item two months later.

I ordered my sheets on Black Friday I ordered my sheets on Black Friday . My order was processed , I received an order number , my card charged. THREE days later I received an email stating the sheets I ordered were not available and there wouldn’t be more. Instead they recommended a product $200 more expensive and less quality. Three days later meant all the Black Friday and cyber Monday deals were over. Not impressed with Between the sheets and very disappointed .
