Won’t shop there again. The only thing high about this store are their prices! I purchased a very expensive soap dispenser at their Palm Desert store that rusted within a month of use. Then purchased $400 sheets. The color was wrong and I tried to return the unopened package the next day. The snippy store employee pointed to their very fine print “no return policy”. I was forced to exchange for a color I really didn’t want. These sheets are like sleeping on dried corn husks even after several washings!! $400 YIKES!! Go online and purchase Beech Model sheets. Like sleeping on a cloud AND ONE FOURTH the price!

Love the quality of the sheets and comforters. Love the quality of the sheets. The only place I could find the color I love, blush, for many years, although no longer available which makes me very sad. The comforter and pillow quality is the best quality I have found ever. And I love the candles that Between the Sheets has custom made--my favorite being the Stella candle. Their customer service is always excellent and the merchandising of products is beautiful.

Quality Products but Poor Experiences For the most part the staff in the stores are not very nice to work with. There are a few good ones (mostly men), but overall the staff and managers are persnickety and think they are better than you. You are not treated well. Just not usually a fun experience. Return policy is beyond ridiculous. If you can't bring something home to try at high end prices, then it generally isn't worth trying it. I have 3 or 4 items that are brand new I would have loved to returned a year ago. They are in the closet and cost well over $500. Products are the best, most excellent quality, but shopping experience is far from excellent.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service, friendly staff who are interested in what your needs are for the immediate situation and what future needs you might have. The store is well stocked, immaculate and has great variety of merchandise. You are guaranteed to find something you need or want. I love this store, although prices are higher than others, they always have periodic sales if you have the opportunity to wait.

I always enjoy my experience here I always enjoy my experience here. There's always friendly faces working and the space is really peaceful. When time is on my side, it's an excellent experience. One thing that would be a great improvement for me is that for some reason their check out system takes a long time, It's never quick and simple like the majority of retail locations. So when I'm in hurry, I've started to go somewhere else.
