This store is amazing This store is amazing. It has beautiful items that you cannot find anywhere else. I live in Cleveland and visit Palm Springs for the Indian Wells tennis tournament and always make it a point to pop in. I recently ordered some items online and they came quickly and were well packed. I absolutely love this place.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE the store ABSOLUTELY LOVE the store, but the Italian sheets I purchased are very much a disappointment. I was advised to use their laundry soap, and I used a special linen soap that I already had...which could be part of the problem, but the sheets tend to be scratchy after the first wash. I researched and found that if I use diluted hair conditioner in the rinse cycle, it helps the fibers to lay flat and smooth, thus not scratchy. This helps. The fitted sheet is extremely deep and doesn't work well on my platform bed.

Won’t shop there again. The only thing high about this store are their prices! I purchased a very expensive soap dispenser at their Palm Desert store that rusted within a month of use. Then purchased $400 sheets. The color was wrong and I tried to return the unopened package the next day. The snippy store employee pointed to their very fine print “no return policy”. I was forced to exchange for a color I really didn’t want. These sheets are like sleeping on dried corn husks even after several washings!! $400 YIKES!! Go online and purchase Beech Model sheets. Like sleeping on a cloud AND ONE FOURTH the price!

Disappointing experience BTS did a great job of making the sell, but the customer ended there. We had questions relative to a large promotional sale that began just days after our purchase (and we asked our salesperson if there were any upcoming sales and she assured us there were none) and every level of management that we attempted to speak to was evasive, none responsive and rude! It was clear that the company motto was sealing the deal of the sale. It was a very disappointing experience! I have additional bedding that I'd still like to obtain, but find it extremely difficult to return. Hoping that my experience was an isolated one.

I love the merchandise and amazingly … I love the merchandise and amazingly friendly and helpful sales assistants. They are awesome!!! I don't understand and dislike the "SALE" policies - they look counterproductive to me. For example, you get a" great sale" coupon and then you realize that you can only buy pillow cases or sheets on sale but not shams or covers. I can't seems to get a whole set if I want to buy everything at once on sale. Or they would have 30% discount on a pillow case set but only 10-20% discount or no discount on a matching duvet. I hate to piecemeal my purchases- to buy one item on sale today and a matching item two months later.
