Helpful Sales Rep I can’t give it 5 stars because we haven’t received our refrigerator yet. But, I have confidence considering the sales rep, Nicole P. Who helped us was good. No hard sale tactics. We went in with something in mind and she addressed all our questions easily. We gave Gerhard’s a try based on other reviews. We are scheduled for a delivery for next week; other local dealers said we’d have to wait 2 months for delivery AND their prices were higher than Gerhard’s.

poor customer service. poor representation is fine up until you have A… everything is fine up until you have A PROBLEM. that's when every thing goes down hill. Bought an extended warranty . GERHARD will not work with you at all. poor mfg representation. don't bother us is the attitude you get. do not expect this company to support their customers. do not waste your money there

Ordered refridge Ordered refridge, 2 weeks later, never came. Tried to del sub model that was $700 cheaper. No credit for order. Funny, called another appliance dealer and had model I wanted installed next day. Thieves!! Don't trust them

Service Department is horrible Service Department is horrible. On hold for over 30 minutes, disconnected multiple times. And they won't provide your appt window time until 12 hours before the appt. Completely unacceptable customer service. This is the first time we've made a purchase from them and certainly the last.

VERY disappointed...ordered a new… VERY disappointed...ordered a new refrigerator early Nov; Malvern Mgr assured us of delivery on 11-18; wife then purchased a new washing machine; same sales rep, Bill Slade/Mgr? assured BOTH would be delivered on 11-24. Washing machine arrived; not refrig, and NO EXPLANATION? Have now left FOUR (4) messages for Bill Slade, with NO RESPONSE????
