GBTotally disconnected and disjointed experience Totally disconnected and disjointed in their internal operations. Store team confirms product is available, can be picked up from the warehouse. Warehouse doesn’t have the product and says it’s still in transit. Then wait for hours/days for them get a clarity of it reached the warehouse or not. Wish Trustpilot allowed me to give ‘ZERO’ star.

GBDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY I purchased $7000 in appliances. Within 8 months of installation, the $400 microwave oven imploded (glass everywhere). Customer service was extremely rude, accused me of overcooking food (no food residue inside or on glass shards) or operating empty (can't be done), refused to make good. I had to go to GE to get a rebate. Then I heard from many others of similar experiences

GBDishonest about more than one thing The installer s claimed that they were unable to install the dishwasher because the shuttle valve was corroded. My son came over and used channel locks and got the water shut off without any difficulty. The installers told me for $240 they could replace the shut off valve. the store reimbursed me the installation fee and is now recharging me to have it installed but now I am nine days out from when I was supposed to get it installed. They have not compensated me at all. The salesman told me I would get $850 in rebates, and I am not eligible for that amount and rebates , so that was false information also.

GBDuring this quarantine period we have found Gerhards has great prices and choices! During this quarantine period we had a dryer die and a freezer breathing its last breaths. We called after choosing products online..two different weeks and sales reps but both times, excellent prices and fantastic customer service!! We have now, to date, bought 5 appliances from them and will continue to do so! Even our daughter's family is now a customer and got 2 new items during the shutdown with ease. Forget big box stores.

GBpoor customer service. poor representation is fine up until you have A… everything is fine up until you have A PROBLEM. that's when every thing goes down hill. Bought an extended warranty . GERHARD will not work with you at all. poor mfg representation. don't bother us is the attitude you get. do not expect this company to support their customers. do not waste your money there
