Installed item myself yesterday, looks nice, hoping for many trouble free years of service!

He understood from the start that I might cancel the order if Best Buy came through on their earlier delivery date, but checked the warehouse and tagged the available unit for me and he courteously canceled the order at Gerhard's when I told him Best Buy delivered. Great customer service! The next time we need an appliance, I'll check out Gerhard's first.

Warehouse doesn’t have the product and says it’s still in transit. Then wait for hours/days for them get a clarity of it reached the warehouse or not. Wish Trustpilot allowed me to give ‘ZERO’ star.

My experience with Nicole Powell over… My experience with Nicole Powell over the phone was exceptional. Needed a side by side refrigerator to replace one that went kaput. She provided and showed what options were available to get a replacement ASAP. Everything went as smooth as possible. Also kudos to the delivery/installation team of Steven and Raiko. Their efficient service was first class. This was my first dealing with Gerhard, and will definitely keep them in mind if a new appliance is needed in the future.
