Ordered refridge Ordered refridge, 2 weeks later, never came. Tried to del sub model that was $700 cheaper. No credit for order. Funny, called another appliance dealer and had model I wanted installed next day. Thieves!! Don't trust them

Dishonest about more than one thing The installer s claimed that they were unable to install the dishwasher because the shuttle valve was corroded. My son came over and used channel locks and got the water shut off without any difficulty. The installers told me for $240 they could replace the shut off valve. the store reimbursed me the installation fee and is now recharging me to have it installed but now I am nine days out from when I was supposed to get it installed. They have not compensated me at all. The salesman told me I would get $850 in rebates, and I am not eligible for that amount and rebates , so that was false information also.

Service Department is horrible Service Department is horrible. On hold for over 30 minutes, disconnected multiple times. And they won't provide your appt window time until 12 hours before the appt. Completely unacceptable customer service. This is the first time we've made a purchase from them and certainly the last.

Gerhards will Not do ANYTHING about it and have been ignoring our calls and emails! We have been VERY patient and no one will take any responsibility for selling us a COMPLETELY BROKEN OVEN!!!

He understood from the start that I might cancel the order if Best Buy came through on their earlier delivery date, but checked the warehouse and tagged the available unit for me and he courteously canceled the order at Gerhard's when I told him Best Buy delivered. Great customer service! The next time we need an appliance, I'll check out Gerhard's first.
