Still missing pieces of the cooker after more than 90 days since delivery I purchase the cooker in April. When it was delivered several of the parts were missing (the instructions guide, measuring cup, and accessory kit), so the product is unusable. I've called 3 times to inquire about the additional parts and they said they are backordered. It's been more than 3 months and I haven't been able to use the machine. I will never order from this company again.

Lousy service Why would you send me a survey. I ordered this last week an still have not even received a shipping date -- nor any other communication except this survey request.I really enjoyed ordering it -- especially when it asked me to pay extra to assure me that the shipment would be replace if it arrived broken! What a ding-bat notion./

Great Cooking Tool I'm not very experienced with cooking but so far I have made rice pilaf and mac and cheese as well as the frozen hot wings. It couldn't be easier or faster and food tastes great, the rice is tender, I am looking forward to trying more recipes!

The phone ordering process takes too long with too many annoying offers. The Power Pressure Cooker XL as seen on TV sounds like a great offer, however when I tried to place the order by telephone they offered too many upgrades which added to a 15 minute downtime to place the order. These optional upgrades drove the price up to twice the price offered on TV. This seems to me as a bait and switch process which is a poor business practice. Hopefully you will correct your methods for placement of an order.

not what i expected, the cook book is not helpfull and the cooker is not as great as it says it is The cookbook is 10 pages long so not help full, definitely not worth what you say it is, same with the canning book, cooker does not cook as well as you say. I AM NOT HAPPY with this purchase , I am going to return it, so sad that I have to pay for the ridiculous shipping cost you charge me plus more to send it back. I will never do business with you again
