I never received my pressure cooker. I do not have a number to call and check on my delivery date. I ordered my pressure cooker on the phone with a customer service representative. I have not received my presure cooker. i have not received an email confirming my order or letting me know when I will receive the item. I did not like all of the additional sales of other products when I only wanted to order the pressure cooker. My expeience has been totally unacceptable. If I do not receive the pressure cooker soon I will write a letter to the Better business bureau. I hope to receive the pressure cooker as soon as possible. Please email me what your research finds.

Lousy service!! I made my order August 16, 2014 and still have not received the Pressure Cooker XL Very un-happy with your service. Thinking about cancelling my order and go with another company that will produce the product! Oh by the way will be contacting the BBB.

Could have been better. Well, I purchased the product directly from their website... I ended up paying $129.98 including shipping(which takes about 2-3 weeks). Not even 2 days later, I saw an ad online that was advertising the same exact product for only 79.95 with free shipping. Not only was the shipping free, it was also express delivery 5-7 business days! Needless to say, I will do my homework next time in order to avoid over paying and being ripped off.

Too Many Options I had no problem with ordering my pressure cooker. The options for the pressure cooker purchase, deluxe model, steamer basket, etc. were OK. I did object to the time spent on the other options for purchase; magazines, trips to Florida, Las Vegas, etc. I wanted to purchase a pressure cooker not trips, magazines.

Robot Attendent/Salesperson Makes for Confusion True to internet form, this company wants to cut costs by having a robot take your order and then asking 50 questions to hopefully get you to upgrade what seems to be a good deal. Robot got my order dead WRONG, then it took 4 phone calls to get it corrected. We will see results after billing and receipt of goods.
