Still haven't completely decided if it is the best!!!!!! My one option that I could say would really help would be additional recipes that will help to determine if it is the best thing since sliced bread. So please start a web site that will give additional fun recipes for future purchasers of the cooker. Then maybe!!!!!

disappointing The pressure cooker was not like the one displayed on TV, the one I received was a lot smaller, it barely cooked one 2 lb chicken. When I called the company and complained that I felt there was a bait and switch, I was told that I received a newer model than one advertised on TV. I guess I must be stupid the one I received was inferior to the one advertised on TV I would never buy one again.

Pressure Cooker OK, Customer Service not so good! I don't believe that I received the Pressure Cooker I ordered. It doesn't look like the one I saw ot TV. Also the books that were advertised were not shipped customer service reply was that they don't have them any more and cannot supply. The manual is not very well written and when I asked for some help from customer service to use the pressure cooker, they were unable or unwilling to give it. The pressure cooker itself works ok but the transaction in which I bought it was not very good.

I never received my pressure cooker. I do not have a number to call and check on my delivery date. I ordered my pressure cooker on the phone with a customer service representative. I have not received my presure cooker. i have not received an email confirming my order or letting me know when I will receive the item. I did not like all of the additional sales of other products when I only wanted to order the pressure cooker. My expeience has been totally unacceptable. If I do not receive the pressure cooker soon I will write a letter to the Better business bureau. I hope to receive the pressure cooker as soon as possible. Please email me what your research finds.

Could have been better. Well, I purchased the product directly from their website... I ended up paying $129.98 including shipping(which takes about 2-3 weeks). Not even 2 days later, I saw an ad online that was advertising the same exact product for only 79.95 with free shipping. Not only was the shipping free, it was also express delivery 5-7 business days! Needless to say, I will do my homework next time in order to avoid over paying and being ripped off.
