Lousy service Why would you send me a survey. I ordered this last week an still have not even received a shipping date -- nor any other communication except this survey request.I really enjoyed ordering it -- especially when it asked me to pay extra to assure me that the shipment would be replace if it arrived broken! What a ding-bat notion./

disappointing The pressure cooker was not like the one displayed on TV, the one I received was a lot smaller, it barely cooked one 2 lb chicken. When I called the company and complained that I felt there was a bait and switch, I was told that I received a newer model than one advertised on TV. I guess I must be stupid the one I received was inferior to the one advertised on TV I would never buy one again.

Worst customer service in the… Worst customer service in the world!~!!! pot peeling, never had a pressure valve and now I have to pay $40 for replacement parts. Was given as a gift, now embarrassed am I. Bought 3 two good the other horrible. After spending $454 you would think they would do something better then just take more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Wish I would have read all the reviews before ordering

Still missing pieces of the cooker after more than 90 days since delivery I purchase the cooker in April. When it was delivered several of the parts were missing (the instructions guide, measuring cup, and accessory kit), so the product is unusable. I've called 3 times to inquire about the additional parts and they said they are backordered. It's been more than 3 months and I haven't been able to use the machine. I will never order from this company again.

They want a review before I even get the product. I'm only reviewing the ordering process since I have not seen the pressure cooker. I placed the order 4 days ago. The a Money came out of my account yesterday. As of today I have not received confirmation of shipment, only an email asking me to review. I order about 95% of my online purchases with Amazon. I know I would have had my item by now if it was availilble on Amazon.
